At first It was a positive experience…

At first It was a positive experience investing on mine-BnB.com but it’s now just more than a month ago that my account was suspended because someone tried to hack my account according to the information The Mine-bnb team gave me when I asked. They requested an amount of 0.09204 bnb to be sent to the bnb deposit address. I sent the requested amount and while they answered my emails in the beginning of the issue now they don’t answer my emails and my account is still blocked.
So I invested my funds and now my money is gone and they keep ignoring my emails.
Then therefore I warn people to be aware of what can happen if someone attempts to hack your account and you get suspended by BnB team and its terrible customer service.

We are very sorry that your own mistakes leave you with a negative impression of our service, although hundreds of thousands of people use our service without problems.
You contacted our support service 34 days ago, and intruders really tried to log into this account. Because of this, we asked everyone who contacted the support service to make a test deposit with a randomly generated amount in order to find out who is the true owner of the account. You wrote to us too often without reason and we warned you that your requests may be considered spam. As a result, our anti-spam system moved your email address to junk mail. This is true.
Now, to unblock the account, you need to contact the support service again.

Amazing site so far.

I haven't tested the withdrawal option yet, so I don't know if that is working effectively... But when I do and my withdrawal arrives I'll definitely make it a 5 star.
