I really appreciate local business and try to support them. I really enjoy shopping from mind traveller, not only because of the fun and unique pieces, but also because they make the whole experience really easy. I really like the option for having a gift card instead of a refund, and everything runs super smoothly.

Incredibly poor material. Bought pants that cost 70 euro, after one wear the piling at the thighs was awful and stitching was coming apart. I’ve never worn such poorly made pants. I would never recommend.

Response to retailer comment: frankly me posting a review of the pants has nothing to do with me asking you to respect my EU rights for refund/partial refund for poor designed clothes. A review serves a purpose for other buyers to be aware of the quality of products from your website. At 70 euro they were expensive pants I got to wear once and would not be able to wear again. Please consider the quality of products you are selling in respect to the price you are charging, maybe then customers would not be disappointed as expectations for products would be lower.

I discovered this brand through Instagram, and when I saw the clothing designs, I thought: “Wow, these are really cool.”
I felt curious and inspired, so I visited the website and read MindTraveler’s mission, vision, and values, which say:
“Our proposal is clear: colour, energy and creativity, with garments that last far away in time and under a philosophy of limited production slow fashion.”
That message really resonated with me, so I decided to place an order.
Unfortunately, when the item arrived, I was really disappointed.
The t-shirt was severely overpriced for what it turned out to be. The fabric felt cheap and worn out, almost as if it had already been used. It had the typical pilling you find on old, over-washed garments, definitely not what you'd expect from a brand-new item.
I was hoping for much better quality. Instead, it looked and felt like something you’d find at the bottom of a thrift store bin, with the difference that at a thrift store, I’d pay 4 euros for a t-shirt in that condition, not 35.
It definitely didn’t seem like a piece that would “last far away in time,” as claimed. On the contrary, it felt like it had already been worn out or was made from the same kind of fabric used in fast fashion.
Overall, it wasn’t worth the money.

Very good quality and super responsive customer service. We had a very small issue with a product that slowed the shipping of my order. I was refunded immediately for the item missing and they were extremely kind.

I’m very satisfied with Mindtraveller, especially with how fast the shipping was. I ordered on a Monday, and by Thursday, the package had already arrived. After placing the order, I immediately received a shipping notification. In my case, the package was even handed over to the postal service on the same day I ordered.

The shipping costs are a bit higher, but that’s understandable when ordering internationally, for example, to Germany. It’s something you simply have to consider when ordering from abroad, and for me, this is completely acceptable.

The clothing itself is of excellent quality. Some pants were a bit too long for me, but since I’m around 1.65 m tall, that’s no surprise and can easily be adjusted.

One thing that could be improved is the return policy. If you choose to exchange an item or receive a voucher, you don’t have to pay for the return shipping. However, if you prefer a refund, you have to cover the return shipping costs yourself, and you won’t get the full amount back. I personally find this a bit unfortunate because it means you don’t receive the exact amount you originally paid. That’s why I opted for the voucher, as it made more sense in my case.

Overall, I’m very happy with Mindtraveller. I love every single piece I ordered, and this definitely won’t be my last order. I will absolutely be ordering again in the future.

Cute clothes, not excellent quality-price. I've had some problems about a return and a missing refund, but luckily I solved them.

Wasn’t warned I had £45 to pay in uk customs fees given it said on the website if you spend over £135 then customs is free?? This is NOT the case, and when I read the fine print, if you spend over £132 to the uk you have to pay the customs fees. This annoyed me SO much, as I only spent so much to AVOiD the fees! Will never shop here again

Quality of the items is not great, you will have to pay extortionate amounts in shipping and if you ever want to return something, forget about it!!
You need to email customer service for how to return, you have 15 days to complete a return, and they will never reply to you.

Overpriced brand. I'm quite disappointed with the quality of the blouse and jumper I purchased — both items felt cheaply made and did not meet expectations.

Lovely clothes but had to pay an additional £70 for customs when the clothes got delivered which was very unexpected and not properly identified when the clothes were bought. Also cannot return for a refund so if I returned and went to reorder with store credit I would have to spend even more money on customs again. But again lovely lovely clothes and very helpful communication with mindtraveller and fast replies.

Charged £43 when they delivered despite being told I had free UK. Absolutely no help from the company and wasn’t warned before checking out

After some weeks costumer service got in touch with me and refounded me the money for all retourned articles! So I adjust my review to 3 stars. The articles are lovely and nice quality and the Communication with the support was now fine and friendly. Glad it turned out the way it has now :) 3 stars because it was a long process till we reached a solution.

The costumer service is very controversial. I made a big order regular items and sale items. Sale items can only be returned by coupon. As I read this I said I want the sale items to be removed from my order as I did not know the brand for fit and size . Then they told me it’s no problem they will make an exception for me. The shipping arrived and I sent some items back and in the return process I was only given the option to receive a coupon for all items sale and regular. Which was not what they told me via mail. When I asked again they replied kind of rude in spanish before all communicatuon was english as I speak fluent spanish it was no problem. So i switched to spanish as well and stated them what they told me via mail that I can return all items and get my money back as well as I cited their official return policy. the return policy states that you can get a money refund for all regular items - the majority of my returned items are regular price. Now they ignore me. I am very disapointed - up to the moment of return of clothes they were very nice and good communication and now nothing. You should not have a official return policy with the option of money refund if you dont act accordingly as well as they should not say they make an exception and then do not act accordingly. very disappointed as they have nice clothes which most just did not fit my body unfortunately.

As Mindtraveler doesn't make refunds, I tried to make an exchange paying extra money. They kept the article that I sent on the 30th December 2024 and never fullfied my order. They've only answered one time saying: "Thank you for your email. I'm going to ask the return platform personal to approve it since it was refused by mistake". Still waiting for my 61,40€ (either money or by the fulfilment of my order).
