I also wish I had made some investigation before, I usually do before buying anything on any unknown website, this time I was done, I paid what was supposed to be a one time payment to have some results on the test and then they withdrew some money come out about €18 at the end of the month, I blocked future payments right away, but it’s impossible to unsubscribe, even though I never subscribed to anything whatsoever on the freaking website. And now they’re trying every day at the same time so I have contacted my bank to see what I can do because it’s getting very annoying.

Scam. Just been charged a subscription payment without signing up to it.

I purchased a test, ended up being charged for a subscription. I do not remember seeing anything regarding the trial and the hidden fees. They also make it difficult to contact them with no information on their app.

writing to express my concern regarding the subscription charges that have been applied to my account without my explicit consent.
Upon reviewing my account, I noticed severalunauthorized charges related to Mindmetric.ai,which did not knowingly agree to or authorize.
This practice appears to be in violation of fair business practices and consumer protection laws.

Under these laws, companies are required to obtain clear and informed consent before enrolling customers in recurring subscription services and to provide an easy means of cancellation. I demand that you: 1. Immediately cancel any ongoing subscription and stop any future charges to my account. 2. Refund all unauthorized charges that have been made to my account since the subscription was activated. 3. Provide written confirmation of the above actions within 5 days. If these issues are not addressed within the specified timeframe,I will have no choice but to pursue legal action for unfair business practices, including but
not limited to filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities and seeking damages through the courts.

They will email you that they canceled your subscription but you need to be strict that you want full refund or you will take legal action.

I paid though paypal and told them I never got any service from the subscription so I want my money back and they help me to get my money back

How is this allowed to operate !! I've been signed up to a subscription. Cancelled through PayPal. Don't know if that will work.

Avoid..I took the test of interest, I do not think it has any scientific basis, so it is a waste of money and you will just be another victim.

Scam, paid 1.99 dollars for a ADHD test, agreed to no subscription and they have debited 20 dollars. Do not sign up to them!

I purchased an ADHD test for 1.99 AUD on the Mindmetric platform, but shortly after, they attempted to charge me a subscription fee of 29 AUD. This crucial information was probably buried in fine print during the purchase process.

Fortunately I used Apple Pay, which has strong security features that blocked the subscription charges after multiple attempts. If I had used a credit card, they might have been able to charge me without my consent, as it happened to many others already.

It took me some time to find their email address, support @mindmetric.ai. Thankfully, once I reached out, they did cancel my subscription, and I haven’t seen any further charges.

Same same - got the test, underhanded $29.99/mth subscription. Automatically cancelled, will raise transaction with my bank when they are finalised.

SCAM!!!! Same as everybody in the reviews, I paid for a test that was BS. Never did i signed for a subscription and 7 days later I got charged $19.99 US for a subscription, to what??? I don't even know what service they could provide. I'm hoping I can void this transaction for a subscription I never agreed to.

I bought an online test for $3.00

They then billed me for a subscription service that I did not knowingly sign up for.

I have emailed them several times to end the subcription and to ask for a refund.
Even after emailing I am still getting billed.

Like many others I too was a victim of their scam. Having paid the fee for the ADHD Results I’m then locked into a monthly subscription.
Thankfully I have managed to cancel it so only caught once.
Hopefully this & all the other negative reviews will get them shut down.
Really poor they prey on people this way!

SCAM. They have taken money from my account I have not authorised. Tried to “cancel” whatever stupid subscription they have put me on but obviously no information of such subscription on the website because I did not sign up to one! Absolutely Impossible to cancel on their website too. Crazy I have to even try to “cancel” considering I did NOT agree to pay. I will be ringing my bank in the morning to get this investigated and refunded. Disgusting. I paid the £1.51 to get test results on 19/02 and 7 days later they have decided to take £15.04 out of my account?? Absolutely not happening lol, jokers.

This company is fraudulent, from a payment of 1.99 they turn it into a subscription of 19.99, without any prior authorization! When you try to cancel there is no place to delete the subscription. Be careful, it's a scam!

Absolute scammers, don’t give them any card details. They charged me 18.87€ days after only agreeing to purchase a ADHD test for less than 2€. (By the way, a very lousy test, not even worth it).
Now I’ve been writing them for days and no one is responding. Thiefs.

Scam! Stay away. Bought a test for $2.99 and then charged $29.99 a few days later for a subscription. Have emailed them and also put a dispute in with PayPal. Hopefully PayPal refunds. 🤞 Bunch of crooks

Awful- very poorly explained terms and conditions lead you being charged a fee you weren’t expecting. Complaining gets you nowhere as senior management ‘decline’ a refund. I will notify FCA.

Like everyone here i have been scammed and automatically subscript to a 20 USD fee / month for something which i did not accepted.
