I got a six month subscription as a Christmas gift and at first it was cool because I actually got some cool crystals but as the months pasted each box got more and more disappointing. I just got my last box and it honestly looks like I got a bunch of rocks from a parking lot. the entire box is just dull unpolished rocks and I can't even tell what they were supposed to be. the only actual cool crystal i got was a piece of rainbow floride

Wanted to purchase an item except they won't ship to my address in the uk.
Wanted an item but it was out of stock selected the notify me button for when the item is back in stock. This doesn't work either.

This company is amazing! I had placed a few orders and received all but one. I reached out to them and they replied almost immediately and communicated to me that my order was being sent overseas and would take a bit longer. They have amazing, high quality products. I love everything I've ordered.

The products are low quality and cheap. The strings on the necklaces will wear down and break. The ring wasn’t secure and had to get a friend to fix it. The Chrystal’s are small. It’s a waste of money, save your money and go into a local crystal place!

My first crystal box was more than disappointing for various reasons. BUT after reaching out, Jennifer took what i said to heart and I am able to get replacements for the items I was unhappy with! Also, there is absolutely no doubt that each stone and crystal is real and authentic! I received my 2nd crystal box and it was AMAZING! I was NOT disappointed again. Mindful Souls actually cares about their customers happiness with their products! They make me feel heard! 11/10 recommend! Im beyond happy and thrilled! I cant wait for my next boxes!!!

I was sent twelve crystals in my first monthly box. I bought Rock Finder, an app that tells the type of crystal. Mindful box was to contain l2 DIFFERENT crystals. I received 5 fluorospar, or blue John, and 3 moroxit/blue Apatite. The other 4 crystals were each different. BUT, only one, the Rose Quartz was promised in the literature. The other 2 were not present. I got RIPPED OFF. Im very upset and dealing with the company as we speak. It is sp easy to get ripped off when ordering crystals.

I accidentally ordered a ring in the wrong size, and their team couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. They responded to my emails so quickly and are sending me a replacement with no hassle at all — truly above and beyond customer service.
