I really think the Mindful Souls subscription boxes are a good value for the money and it brings me great joy to open one up and discover what's inside. Shipping could be better. I've been subscribing for over a year now and I have had shipping issues more often than not. It takes between 2-3 weeks from the date ordered to arrive and many times it gets stuck somewhere and I have to inquire where it's at to get the shipment moving again. Customer service always addresses the issue in a timely manner and 7-10 days later it arrives. I just wish it didn't happen as often as it does and require as much effort to get my box.

Received my first box. Well, nothing like the offer they showed. I was expecting the 12 bracelets and Oracle cards, instead I got a post card with a mantra, a rose quartz wand crystal, a poorly made bracelet and a cheap looking necklace. The box was much smaller than I expected too.
I have tried their automated system to return and cancel the subscription and it is hasn't been answered. I emailed requesting cancellation and return which apparently is being sent you someone higher up the chain. I looked at the FAQ's too and it says you can manage your subscriptions. Well, I certainly am unable to cancel it . I have gone through every button and taken screen shots each time so I cannot cancel it. I am getting cross now. I don't want the box I can spend that amount at my local crystal store and get a lot more.
I am really not feeling peaceful, mindful or anything else that should be making me feel positive.
Think carefully before going it. I love my crystals, and mantras and I thought this was going to be fantastic but it isn't. Great idea but not so much on the items within or communicating with them. If they take any more money I will be fuming.
It isn't easy to cancel. It has active by the side but if you press that it goes onto another screen. The "chat to us" leaves you hanging, the "bot" did "not" want to chat at all.

I ordered a box but later decided to cancel my subscription after my order was rejected multiple times due to lack of available stock or delivery limitations.
I received an email from Mindful Souls confirming that my cancellation was accepted. However, one month later I was charged again, and it appears that another box was sent.
I have been going back and forth via email with their team. Funny enough they said my details were not in the system at first. Despite receiving an automated email with the order confirmation containing all the relevant details. This was an internal error on their end, but they are insisting that I take responsibility and pay for the box. I was first offered a 30% discount, and after declining, a 50% discount.
I have made it clear that it is not my fault if they sent the box after confirming my cancellation, and I should not be forced to accept or pay for an item I did not order. I am still trying to resolve this and obtain a full refund.
The stress and time involved are not worth it, and I would not purchase from them again.

I paused my subscription with them to keep my rewards years prior. They decided to unpause it and charge me. Then told me they couldn’t cancel. I can send it back but I would need to reach out once it arrives to get a return label once I get that, I can return it and they will refund me. I never unpaused my account so they took it upon themselves to unpause it for me.

was sent a pendant wrapped in copper. was made to look like an aurora stone but it was some kind of colored shrink wrap or something of that nature. it was covered poorly an had pock marks in it. after soaking it in solution the covering all peeled off. when I called them out on it they wrote back saying they never claimed it was an aurora stone, it was my assumption. then stopped answering questions. they are tricky and deceitful. I do not not need that kind of energy in my life.

I had did the subscription box, and they sent me a free gift which was the essential oils. They were delivered leaking I didn’t think they would do anything about it because it was a free gift. I reached out to them and they were very fast on responding back. They came up with a solution I was happy about.

When I saw your site on Facebook I knew you were in my top three of interest. After looking through your inventory and all the information available for use and education I knew you were the one. My first order was your Mindfulness Box - I was not disappointed!!! Everything I received was beautiful and well thought out. I appreciate the information provided to help me adjust my mind and meditation on positive experiences and habits- thank you so much and I cannot wait for my next box experience!
