Worse survey site EVER

Worse survey site EVER. I just now finally cancelled my membership after yrs of not getting paid even though I fully completed the task/studies. I reviewed my account and seen DID NOT COMPLETE after DID NOT COMPLETE after DID NOT COMPLETE so on and so forth... when I know for a fact that I did indeed complete them because they were high paying so I know I completed fully and on time. This company is shady as heck. Stay away folks.

Helpless support

They send a text message saying the instructions for the survey are sent to my email. There was no email with instructions. If you reply back to the text message saying this, you NEVER get a response. Clearly the phone they send from is not accepting replies but they fail to mention this. So I found their support email but they were equally useless. It takes them a long time to respond and they don't resolve any issue. Not worth your time. Stay away from them.

Don't Waste Your Time

Not worth it! They'll send you a survey and if you complete it you'll receive $2.00. After filling out the basic information it'll give you a page stating that "they've reached their quota". Better off not giving away your information for free.

99% of the time

99% of the time, when they have sent surveys; either they are not working, or I wasted time and received no credit. The last survey was today and it said it did not exist. They did send me a product to test and I'm trying to find a way to do the review online. But, not very trustworthy.

Ripped Off Royally!

I have done several product tests with this sight only to find out afterwards they did not compensate me for doing any of them, but two. One was for a 16-week study that I did numerous surveys on, then the final study review study. That's just to mention one of the product tests that I completed. There's been several others also that I took and didn't recieve anything for my time other than the freebies to test.

Today, I went to cash out $33.00 that was in my account from the two studies that did pay me. However, the site did something peculiar and didn't let me choose an option for how I wanted to be rewarded. It cleared my earnings to $0.00. I emailed them about this and haven't heard back from the company. I didn't recieve an email with my reward money either.

I am so furious!

I didn't realize they weren't paying me for all the product tests that I have done for them until today. I generally take the product test surveys through my email because their app is so bad and glitchy. So, I didn't realize that I haven't been getting compensation for most of the product tests. I just decided since it was a new year that I would cash out my rewards. When I seen that nearly everything that I worked for wasn't compensated... I was floored!

I don't recommend this company to anyone!

DO NOT JOIN

This is, by far, the worst survey company out there. They ended every survey that I tried to take. There were simple questions with easy answers. My profession is in education and I feel foolish for giving MindField Online any of my time. I have no idea what kind of unscrupulous business they are in. Thankfully, I joined TrustPilot and look up each survey company before I join. Live and learn!!

They don't pay after you do all the work !

SEMI-UPDATE. The day after I put this post up on Trustpilot exactly 30 days ago today, MindField sent me an email stating the study ended that weekend and I would receive my reward soon. IT IS 30 DAYS TODAY AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REWARD.

I was invited to keep a diary of the diapers I used. they promised me I would get paid. I have sent 4 emails from November, 2023 to April, 2024. I have not received payment or any answer from them. This is what they said they would do in the invitation I received:

"Thank you for partnering with us on this Diaper Product Test.

Your link to complete the follow-up survey is below. Once you complete the follow-up survey and the full study is completed, we will pass your information as a completed participant so you can receive your promised incentive."

What a scam! SMH

On December 20, 2023 I received an email from: -------invite.mindfieldonline.com with a reply-to email: ------mindfieldonline.com asking me to complete a survey for Pitney Bowes in exchange for a $20 Amazon gift card.

Email message received:
"Thank you for being a Pitney Bowes Client, we greatly value your business.
We would like to invite you to participate in a quick 5-minute survey on your experience with your Pitney Ship Cube.
If you qualify and complete our survey, you will receive a $20 Amazon gift card. Of course, you have the option to donate directly to a charity or decline acceptance of the incentive.
Please note that this is strictly for research and you will not be approached for any sales purposes because of your participation. Most importantly, all of the information we collect is non-identifiable with you or your organization.
Thank you for your time!

Best regards,
Michele Paris, Director, Market Research, Pitney Bowes"

I qualified & completed said survey today day & awaited my gift card. I assumed I would receive the gift card immediately, or fairly soon after, completing the survey. Since it didn't specify, I emailed to inquire about it & received the following reply:

"This survey is still active in field, once the study is marked closed and final, all promised incentives will be awarded."

It has now been over 2 months since I took their survey & I still haven't received the gift card! I guess that's the catch.... they just keep the survey in "active status" & never have to send the gift cards promised! (especially since 99% of the people who took it probably forgot all about it long ago!) What a scam! :(

Ripped Off

I've been a member for approximately five years. Surveys are few and far between. I accumulated about $25 in rewards in my account. I tried to cash out and it says I'm not activated. I contacted customer service and they won't answer. I've lost all the cash I earned.

Mindfield Has Me Mindblown After Going MIA!

Well, Mindfield seems to have went MIA! I cannot find any information anywhere on why and no press release on the Website Homepage or anything...SHADY! Facebook Page has even been deleted, App comments say developer is aware of issues and you can't access site through login (says my email or password are not correct, but they are, as I double checked them and tried 3x!). I also looked for an article anywhere (nothing!) and am even unable to send a message through their "Contact Us" option. Ooooh, I'd be SO mad if I was owed money and they stiffed me! Anyway, seems I dodged a bullet from getting too involved (only recently joined), based on their ratings, overall score and most of the comments here! Apparently, they don't know how to MIND their manners, so I'm going to play the FIELD and find a better Sample Tester/Review Company! Bah Byeeeee! LOL

This site is weird

This site is weird. I keep getting told that I will get my reward but it has not come through. I just feel like I’ve done the work and I’m patient, but it’s been a very long time. Just feels like it’s not going to come

Never received my $125 payment, bewarw

I qualified for a $125 in home product study. Received my products to test, completed the study which consisted of testing 2 products over several weeks. After completion I waited about 6 weeks and realized I never received the $125 visa gift card as promised. I went back to my emails and can't find anything anywhere that says I would be paid $125. I also held on to the paper instructions and also it doesn't indicate the amount of payment. I know that $125 is a reasonable amount because I've participated in studies for other companies. When it said I would earn $125 was at the time that I completed the survey but never received an email confirmation of this. Again, I didn't realize all of the small things until I realized that I payment still hadn't arrived. All of the details were at the end of the survey which I no longer have access to. I also conveniently wasn't able to log onto my account nor reset my password. I had to contact customer service by emailing them to have my password reset. I advised customer service that I hadn't been paid and they credited my account $3. Really $3 for completing a 2 week product study? All of my time only worth $3. So finally I was able to log into my account to see that the study I was referring to says "over quota" then there's another study within 1 min of that study that says qualified for follow-up. This is a scam. I would never do that much work for $3. I'm still in contact with customer service to try to receive payment, but if I don't I will continue to write reviews so that others won't waste their time and get scammed.

So I'll start with saying that I only…

So I'll start with saying that I only do product tests on this survey site, I don't do regular surveys and I'm so glad I never attempted to. This survey site should be shut down and the companies who want their products tested should go somewhere else like product report card. Because mindfield is straight up stealing from them and the people who test these products and take the surveys. I've never been paid for single thing I've done on there. It sits there pending for months and then says that it was "over quota" even though I filled out the survey as soon as it was sent. They're thieves and I will contact the companies that use them to let them know. I get paid from every other site I do this with except mindfield. Its a BS site, stay away from it.

I’ve been a member since 2006 and have…

I’ve been a member since 2006 and have received credit for only 4 surveys. I’ve only stayed with them so I can cash out and leave. It doesn’t look like it’s going to happen in my lifetime. Lately every survey I’ve completed, I get told after the fact that their quota was full. So I don’t get paid. Today I completed a survey which took about a half hour and the same thing happened. No credit! Save your time and energy and go elsewhere. I do not recommend this panel!
