I have been part of TheraArt sessions since last May 2024. The sessions are wonderful and have been a game changer for me as they have healed me in many ways. I would recommend these sessions.

TheraArt has been good for me. Therapy through art has been ver good.

With Nandita's program, I was able to gain deeper understanding of my blockers and was able to break free from limiting beliefs and gained the confidence to kick start my dream project.

The energy of the sessions is amazing! The sacred symbols, aura cleansing… wow! I really felt the shift because doing it live in a community is special!

It’s my first time and having a great experience being the silver member of LCA. It is helping me become more mindful and coming back to my creative skills.

I was looking for expressive medium ,and thera art have provided this platform aptly. Yes there are challenges but everything works out in the end...so far all the sessions I have managed to attend have brought something that needed to heal and in very subtle way it got addressed. Yesterday's session was also similar but post that session there was a different form of calm and positive feeling for present and future.

The live session are calming and therapeutic. The are a few modules like the 30 days Gratitude Journaling, Break the pattern, High Vibration challenge that are every day practices that break the pattern in our lives as we have to practice one thing everyday. By paying gratitude we change something deep within. Energy Art Lifecoach Nandita Richie is a very positive and calm mentor and guides the students at every step.
