Awful company to deal with. Impossible to make an appointment. Unprofessional, no communication. Go elsewhere. No idea what the products are like as got fed up waiting and cancelled - they ignored my email asking for an update a week after paying them a lot of money. Doesn't take that long to stick an off the shelf product on a courier. Not interested in customer "experience" at all.

Update: no response to emails over two weeks after paying.

MIMsafe UK supplied us with a superbly engineered and tested dog cage which assembled simply and fitted our car like a glove.
It was not their fault that our dog had a nervous breakdown when put in it for the first time. MIMsafe could not have been more helpful in arranging a return and a refund. A really excellent ethical and efficient company and service which could not have been bettered.
