Excellent, attentive and goal driven service from these folks! I am/was thoroughly impressed with how quickly they responded to my many questions and I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me with whatever I needed. Over the course of our relatively lengthy chat, I'm fairly certain that he was preparing my order for shipping and had even made his way to the post office to get it sent off right away. Although we did not manage to get the package sent out yesterday afternoon through no fault of their own; the hearty effort and attempt was enough to satisfy and quell the residual concerns I had left from the not-so-great experience I had with one of their competitors (EleusinianVisions) the day before. It was clear to me that these guys understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and the lifetime value of a customer. I will update this review once I've received the goods, approximately 4 days from now.

***Update: Apr. 22 2026 - After a very brief pit stop at Customs (Canada) the parcel found it's way to me. I think it's helpful that I mention that it clearly and visibly stated on the outside of the parcel what the package contained. Kudos once again for the excellent customer service as I received a follow up email from these guys, asking if everything was satisfactory with my order, which it was.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who might require their products.
