Customer Service is horrible
Customer Service is horrible. I sent multiple emails and got no response. Then months after of waiting for our bed the shipping company they use returned our bed to sender without ever contacting us. I then again tried to reach out to the company and got nothing. I doubt we will ever see the bed or get a refund. I would not recommend buying from this company

I bought the mat and pen on 26/05 for…
I bought the mat and pen on 26/05 for my baby to be able to play and exercise in the floor as I have dogs at home. Only the mat arrived. I received an email with a link to track the delivery of the pen but the company says it does not exist. I communicated with them by email several times with very vague answers basically saying they don’t know when it will be delivered. My last email was this Monday and I’m yet to hear from them. This is so unprofessional!
UPDATE
My last email to their company was on June 22 to which they replied today (July 1st) saying that the item has now been delivered (?). Note that the Canpar delivery company has never changed the status from the tracking code to anything other than “No results available yet.”
Is this considered a robbery? I paid $200 on an item that was never delivered and they are now claiming that it was delivered. Still waiting on the good will of their employers to either give me my money back or send the item in an urgent delivery given the wait time.

So although I had a really bad experience with delivery dates promised then given new delivery dates that never happened, I did receive my refund immediately.
The dream floor bed is amazing. I highly recommend it. My granddaughter loves it and I love that I can just lay down with her to read until she falls asleep. Just hope Mimi beds fix the delivery problems and be upfront and honest about how long it’s going to take.
Received my refund and bought a Mimi bed on fb marketplace. The bed is perfect. Just wish the shipping wasn’t an issue. Customer service was always quick to respond and were apologetic, but I felt that I wasn’t being given the truth about delivery dates especially after reading reviews from people still waiting from December. If I have to buy in the future, I will order when the babies is born. That way I will have it when they are ready to transition.
Mimi beds also reached out to me and want to send me a gift for all the issues.
Ordered my bed with a mid May delivery date. No communication to say it was delayed. Reached out and was told end of May. Again nothing. Next was promised early June. Nothing. Next email said shipment was being prepared and would be shipped. Waited another week. Nothing. I finally bought a bed and mattress elsewhere and have asked for a refund.

I am extremely happy with my Mimi bed frame! The quality is excellent, and it feels very sturdy and well-made. The assembly process was straightforward, with clear instructions and all the necessary hardware included.

I have personally got 2 items from them. One is their arts and craft table & chair and Ary house bed. The items are great quality. They have been in use for 2 years now and still stand strong. My toddler is always jumping on the table. I definitely recommend their products. The shipping was fast. I received the item earlier than expected delivery date.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The entire experience from start to finish has been horrendous.
I ordered a dream raft bed for my son on March 22 with the expectation that it would be shipped within the 48 hour window noted on their website. We were hoping to slowly transition my son into this bed before the arrival of our new baby.
It’s now June 12 and we STILL have not received the bed and only JUST received notification that the bed has been “shipped” via canpar, however, when I go to the canpar website to track it says they are still “waiting on details”. When I called canpar to confirm they had received the shipment from the seller they told me they have not received anything from them and are still waiting on Mimi beds to hand over the order. When I reached out to Mimi beds to ask what was going on I received no response.
Absolutely unbelievable - in the economy we live in, buying and supporting local businesses should be something that’s made easy to do. The entire experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend them to ANYONE.

Good product, slow customer service
Mimibeds came through in the end and made up for the initial issues. The product itself is good quality, but their customer service department is quite slow in responding. Package did arrive on time originally. Definitely thought they were just going to leave me hanging on this one but they made up for the initial error.

Great Bed & Excellent Customer Service
We had a great experience with Mimi Beds. We purchased the Dream Raft Floor Bed (B2) Mattress Combo, which included a bamboo pillow and a bonus 12-piece set of educational posters.
The bed arrived in a timely manner and was very easy to assemble. Our son, who is almost 3 years old, is absolutely loving his new bed.
When we unpacked our order, we noticed the educational posters were missing, so we contacted Mimi Beds customer service. They responded promptly, were very pleasant to deal with, and quickly resent the poster set to us without any hassle.
Overall, we are very happy with both the product and the customer service, and we would definitely recommend Mimi Beds.

High ticket item purchased, but never received
I ordered a $500+ bed that was supposed to arrive in March. When it went way past the arrival date, I finally reached out as no alerts had been given to me that it was delayed. They said that the new arrival date was expected in May. I then reached out again after the new arrival date they had given me had passed and they told me that now we’re looking at the end of June.
They give no notices, take your money and don’t deliver the goods…
I just read the response and to be clear this was not a pre-order item. That is not an accurate or truthful statement. Thank you.
