We cover all over London. Mainly North London. Our expert technicians have a lot of experience in bath repair and enamel bath repairs. We have mastered the technology to re enamel a bath and to do the bath chip repairs and shower tray repairs so that you can no longer see the damage. For bath chip repairs and shower tray repairs we create the enamel colour on the spot on the day matching as closely as possibly the colour of your bath or shower tray. Finding the correct colour is a key part of the repair so you can no longer see the damage.

Not happy - poor finish

Just had our bath re enamelled and there are lumps and imperfections left in the bottom of the bath. Having to chase them up to get this resolved.
Do not recommend.

Quiet, tidy and high expertise

Really pleased with the work they provided us in 2 separate occasions. Antol did a great job repaiting our bathroom sink which was cracked. I wish I could upload pictures because they speak loads more

An absolute shambles from start to…

An absolute shambles from start to finish — avoid at all costs. I went to the effort of sharing videos and doing everything asked of me to get my appointment booked. Weeks later, I received a last-minute text asking if I could make it the next day — no, I can't rearrange my life at 24 hours' notice. No response. Then, on the day of my original booked appointment, nobody turned up. Not a call, not a text, nothing. I had to chase them. I rebooked, took another day off work, and cleared my bathroom in preparation. Thirty minutes after the technician was due to arrive — still nothing. I texted, and was told someone would get back to me. Six hours later, I'm still waiting.
When I finally got a response, it mentioned someone called "Len from Diamond Gleam" — a completely different company. Who on earth is that? I booked with Milton's Bath Company, not some mystery outfit I've never heard of. Two wasted days off work. A bathroom cleared twice for nothing. Zero communication, zero professionalism, and apparently zero idea of who is actually supposed to be turning up at customers' homes. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Utterly unreliable.

Very good service

Very good service. Thought we would have to replace our bath,because of the rust. The guy did such a good job. You can’t see where the repair was done. Excellent service. Would recommend.

Honest warranty service and a fantastic…

Honest warranty service and a fantastic final result—I was really impressed by how quickly this company fixed a recurring issue.

I originally hired Miltons Bath Enamel Repair to fix a crack in my en-suite bath. They sent a young technician for the initial visit. He was a very nice guy and completed the work in good time, but unfortunately, the repair didn't hold. The crack reappeared after a few weeks, leading to leaks in the bathroom.

However, the way the company handled the situation was excellent. I emailed customer services to explain the problem and asked for a rework under their 1-year warranty, specifically requesting a more experienced technician. There was no hesitation or hidden costs; they honored the warranty immediately and organized the rework with impressive speed.

For the second visit, they sent Max, who was highly professional. He fortified the crack with fibreglass, and the job is beautiful up to now. It feels much stronger, and I am really appreciative of the extra care taken.

Mistakes can happen, but it's how a company fixes them that really matters. I would definitely recommend Miltons Bath Enamel Repair, not just for the great final result Max achieved, but for their integrity and the speed with which they resolved the issue. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant experience

Absolutely brilliant experience! I had a huge hole in my en suite sink after dropping a bottle of perfume in it. I didn’t think it could be repaired, but it is now as good as new. It has saved me ripping out half of the en-suite to replace the sink. Extremely professional and pleasant and did a very good job. This really exceeded my expectations- thank you.

Be aware of the 3 month Warranty!


I don’t normally post many reviews but felt strongly to ensure no one else makes the same mistake that I did.

I had a crack in my bath and was given a quote to repair it after sending photos of the job. I was told “a senior technician will be sent and he would do a great job”

The technician arrived and carried out the works. The technician was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the crack re-appeared within a few weeks and therefore I contacted customer service. They sent out the technician again and carried out further remedial works to rectify the issue.

The crack then re-appeared again and when I contacted customer services again, I was told that I had gone beyond the 3 month ‘warranty’ for the repair.

I think this needs to be made clearer to all customers.

After posting a review I have since had a full refund.

Good service and result.

Full bath re-enamelled, it now looks great. Guy turned up on time and managed to transform my bath which was badly discoloured and scratched. I would definitely recommend.

The appointment was booked for re enamel

The appointment was booked for repair well in advance, the night before they were due to turn up a message on email to say the Guys that were coming to re enamel the bath had had an accident. The project I’m working on has back to back weddings and events, so we had planned well in advance work to be done with other trades reliant on it being done on time. Charlie offered me an appointment on Sunday Morning at 9am , at the time I accepted, and was shocked i was offered a Sunday and that Jake would be coming.
By 10.30am on Sunday , no show , no call, no response to chasing emails, really bad form.
Nobody called me this morning to apologise or rearrange for today.
I have now bought a new bath for my Clients at double the price and have had to leave a little piece of History in a shed for the next generation to re enamel with hopefully a responsible , efficient company …NOT MILTONS SCTltd

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I would not believe the majority of the 5* reviews either. They 'completed' work. After several visits to rectify issues, these are not rectified. I have since been refunded but want to warn people not to trust. Another company has since reviewed their work, making comment on such a poor job. Avoid if possible.

This company is a scam,avoid at all costs. Sent out an inexperienced technician who made my shower tray 100 per cent worse. Said his supervisor will be in touch but never heard from them again and when they eventually did try to communicate were hostile and rude, had to get another company out to fix their mess and they did an amazing job thank God, they were called Cosemetek. Literally have pstd fro. Milton's absolutely dismal service. I thought my new bathroom had been ruined by them. Technician Literally had his whole paint workshop uncovered on my new tiled floor aswell. Just awful experience in every way

Do not trust!

Do not trust!

Enamel broke after a few weeks and bath is now rusting worse than before. When I contacted Miltons they initially ignored, then said they would send a technician round to fix it. Not only did noone turn up but they didn't even contact to say they wouldnt be coming. I am now left with a bath which is rusting much worse than before and getting AI responses from the head office.
