I have wasted my £900. Just got some self study notes which i could buy for £30 and paid £900 no help no refund unfortunately would never recommend to anyone. Unless you have extra money to waste.

The same history. They are a scam. They are polite and good at first but when you pay the money there is no contact, there is no service and they are not willing to help you.
even i have checked in the GOV Companies house list( the list of licensed companies with the government) they are not there. That means they are not registered with the government. So they are not a legal company. Any one can search using their name in the Companies House Web.
So please do not pay them any money.

Right my son rushed me for £870 for this course.After being told that if he paid it at this reduced rate.He did the courses on a month by month basis.Then was told by some muppet that a placement to a London company would be sorted out for him.After passing the test LAST MARCH he's still waiting
That was a year ago now.He's been fobbed off and lied to.After endless emails to this mickey mouse set up.At 1 point they "Ever so conveniently lost his details"Then found them again
So once again he was told that a placement would be sorted out by November.Its now the middle of fuc.king January.It doesnt take nearly a year to sort a job out.Clearly this course and the so called qualification isnt worth the ink and paper its written on.So they cant give what they promise.So they've taken money by deception.I will be seeking legal advice.And getting my bloody money back.
If you dont want bad reviews.Then do what you say you're gonna do.My son has been waiting for you lot to sort out a job.And clearly its never gonna happen.
I wish i'd read what others have had to deal with.And i would have told him not to bother.And i would have been £870 better off.
I'll see if anyone from this company has the balls to respond.But i very much doubt it.
Also just having a quick flick through other poor people this lot have mugged off.They take about 6 months in which to reply.So that means that come the summer time.When i'm out in my garden having a lovely barbecue.1 of these morons might actually have a brain fart and respond.Oh i can hear the music now of Robin Hood in the back round.But with this lot.Its more like Robin EVERYONE.
And my son will still not have got a job by this lot.
Oh and if someone DOES finally get back to me.I'd rather it be from the ORGAN GRINDER himself.Not some minimum wage minion.Who hasnt gotta bloody clue.But once again.I wont be holding my breath.Not for 6 months i wont
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT COME UP WITH THE GOODS.

I enrolled on the course November 2018 and completed my exams the following March. I was then told that I would be contacted by the careers department within 2 weeks to arrange my placement. Months passed and I received no such contact so I began emailing the company and ringing them both to no response. When I did get through to someone on the phone all they could do was pass on a message to the careers department which clearly had no effect. I was finally contacted in October by a member of the careers department to sort my placement who said they would get back to me within the next week. It has now been a further 3 months without contact from the company and I still have not been able to contact them. They are always happy to take your money for services but don't deliver what they promise. Extremely dissatisfied as I paid almost £1000 for essentially nothing but wasting my own time.

It's been a month no one from careers has contact me I spent over £1000 on this course I am beginning to regret it, I can't get hold of no one.

Didn’t have a good experience , there are other alternatives

''THE EVER BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE''
WASTED MY £875 in such a tough financial time.
They found me somewhere and did call to my number with name of Joseph and Sam they gave me false hopes and asked me to pay on the same day otherwise someone else will get the place basically they did not give me even enough time to think properly and i paid them £875 when i was already suffering from tough time financially but paid them the full amount plus they gave you the lolly pop of if you pay early you will get a discount of 30% etc.
well i paid them then they send me rubbish notes with 100% self studies O my Goodness when after 2 months holiday i came back and saw the notes i started crying anyhow i tried my best to prepare myself but it was crazy to pas basic to advanced level of Sage,Payroll and Excel on your own with such a rubbish notes spended my a lot of time wasted money and time . If you can get 80% results for all the exams on your own then why we need them?
well before my agreement get ended with them a more than a month ago i realized that i can not do even after my all efforts . then they wanted me to pay them £150 more for an extension of exam and did not gave me exam dates according to my comfort. I apologiesed them that i can not continue with you please refund me because i need my money you can deduct some percentage,they emailed me that we will come back with a decision but never came back i emailed them again and again but they never answer me. I am looking for a legal way to persue them. please be ADVICE do not waste even a single penny on Miltonrow.

I attended work experience with Miltonrow and enjoyed the training. I found the manual training online useful and easy to complete. I found the times and days very flexible and was able to work in my own time. I must stress that having Miltonrow on my CV helped me to get a temporary job in a short period of time. Within just a few weeks of completing the programme and updating my CV to show Accounts Assistant role/work experience at Miltonrow, I had a good response from Recruiters. Before the work experience, no Recruiters were calling or when I called was not interested as I have not practice accounts for many years. I have now landed a permanent job, I recommend work experience with Miltonrow.

Took me longer than expected but secured a job none the less so very pleased with the result.

I have already paid over £800 and I was completely disregarded after completing the online assessments. It took a ridiculously long time to receive online certificates and when I tried chasing them up I got vague and limited information into why.

There are additional/optional charges. For example if you want to sit 1 of 7 exams within a month of completing your training it we cost you extra.

Many months later I get a phone call from royal accounts/miltonrow trying to sell me the course I have already paid for. I'm extremely disappointed in this service and feel scammed.

I have completed the accounts programme with milton row and overall great value for money. l opted for the sage training with 3 months of work experience which is well worth the money as sage by itself purchased through the sage company cost more! the training was professionally laid out. Each module took 6 - 8 hours to work through. The tutor would respond to me on the same day most days but the longest I would wait would be 1 day. After completing the programme and gaining my experience I managed to secure a trainee role which was in the outskirts of the city not the most ideal location but a start none the less.

Very pleased!

I found that Tom was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble when finding the right career solution for me. 

I would say 100% on customers services and knowledge of the industry.
I am very glad that I am on the career programme to help me with my work experience and skills.

At first, I was honestly really skeptical about this company and the whole programme because it did seem a bit too good to be true but as I was so desperate for a job I thought I'd give it a go. I can gladly say to everyone reading, this programme was honestly worth the time and money invested. I had to take out a loan to pay for this opportunity but I'll do it again if I had to. It's definitely not easy for graduates like me to secure any type of job or opportunity so I'm happy with the service provided and I would recommend this to anyone in a similar circumstance.

Honestly I feel the program at milton row had it's pros and cons.

Things I liked was the the accounting software training which I felt was beneficial for real time work.

Things I didn't like was the 24 hour response time from the tutor. Sometimes can be annoying when you need help straight away.

The good thing about the program was hands on experienced being and pressured by the accountant to meet deadlines.

Cons about the experience was sometimes I had to do work from home which was annoying as I prefer to learn on the job in a office environment.

Miltonrow is one of the worst companies that I have come across.They took my money and failed to provide the service that they initially promised.I have received no certificate to prove that I sat the sage exams they required me to take,or the 3 months work placement which was the whole reason for me to signing up to the whole process. They failed to respond to my emails or phone calls and when they did it was only to feed me more lies.As mentioned in other reviews they give the most ridiculous reasons as to why they are unable to help you.This includes being told they have no direct internal telephone links and can not contact other members of the company by phone,only by email.The people working at this company are only interested in taking your money and have no desire to help you succeed. I have raised a dispute with them through my bank and reported them to Action fraud,so that they can be investigated for the fraudulent way that they are currently running their business.

Very happy with the customer service I’ve received with the booking process. The selection process was strict but this can be understandable with the type of clientele which work with this company.
Great way to build experience.

Completed my Degree and I am part ACCA qualified but I was still finding it difficult to get a job with no experience. Miltonrow gave me the chance to get the experience I need and secure a job. For £995 it was a excellent investment.

Before joining Milton row I had many options on different training i could do but i found Milton row on google and had a look at their website. I started the accountancy training and it was big opportunity to learn and get experience working to secure a job, they delivered as promised and I am happy.

I paid for an accountancy program about 6 months ago. The company never gave me a contract or receipts of my payments. Always chasing them, they made false promises, I supose to do an internship, lunch and travel expenses were paid, but intead of that, I receive a unpaid internship, poor and from home. I don't recomend this company.
