🌿 My Go-To Sea Moss Since 2021!

I’ve been buying my sea moss from Millie’s since 2021 and I’ve never been disappointed! The quality is always amazing, and their customer service honestly goes above and beyond every time. The Dried Golden Sea Moss is always clean, fresh, and exactly what I expect.

I’ve never tried anyone else’s sea moss, so I can’t compare which one’s best, all I know is that since I started using Millie’s, I’ve noticed real positive results, and that’s what matters most to me.

Untrustworthy company

Took almost two weeks for me to receive the product and both jars turned out to be spoiled, been in contact via email multiple times and after getting a response offering to rectify the issue finally they have ignored all my emails. It has been over a month since I initially made my order and there is still no resolution, awful company with terrible customer service, I only wish I had looked at the trust pilot reviews before ordering as they speak volumes as to the quality of the company and their products.

Not sure I’d recommend

Ordered Millies Premium Golden Sea Moss Gel a week ago, they have taken the money but not had any order dispatched notifications. Try to contact them through their web chat and keep getting the message ‘Our staff will contact you within the next couple of minutes, in the meantime, tell us how can we help you’ and then I ask for help and nothing happens.
Starting to feel like we never get this item we paid for

Last delivery of seamoss was unsatisfactory

Our first couple of deliveries were good, the last one of the blue spirulina sea moss was not. The taste was a bit off. The free gift of the natural seamoss was fine. If the next delivery, where I chose a different flavour, is not satisfactory, I will definitely cancel my subscription.

I have been trying for 4 days now to reach out for some customer assistance. I did the wrong shipping address and i’ve reached out to them via email, tiktok and even instagram but no one has replied to me. usually, i order from here no problem but the fact that no one is around to attend to customer complaints or even for help is appalling. i’m not sure what to even do with this

Awful - what's happened to this company?

What has happened to this company? I have ordered a few times-both gel and capsules and all OK and delivery quick. This time has been a completely different experience. I ordered Sea Moss capsules in late May and received nothing so I chased their customer service. A guy got back to me saying the capsules were out of stock so they would offer me two jars of my choice of 4 other types. I got back to him with my choices and still received nothing. I have chased again and then got an email with emojis requested my customer service feedback. They hadn't actually done anything or resolved my issue yet. You couldn't make this up I thought. I tried the chat - useless. I have now requested a refund and said I will contact Trading Standards - as an online retailer you cannot take peoples money and not deliver goods - simples. You should all do the same.
