15 e-mails back and forth, 12 weeks waiting, no final delivery
got twice updated that there would be a delay for this order. Total delivery time got to about 9 weeks. When the goods were delivered it consisted of two different batches (with colour difference). After notifiying the seller of this, we received more tiles, but these again were of a different batch. more e-mails back and forth and ultimately we decided we had lost confidence that we would ever get our order correct and we decided to cancel.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction and the issues you experienced with the delivery. While we acknowledge that the delays and batch differences were unfortunate, we did our best to resolve the matter by providing additional tiles to match your request.
We understand that this situation caused frustration, but please know that batch variations can sometimes occur in manufacturing. That said, we believe we made every effort to address the problem in a timely manner and provide a solution. It’s unfortunate that this did not meet your expectations.
As the matter has now been resolved, we do not feel further discussion is necessary. We will take this feedback into account to improve our service. Again, our apologies for the experience.

Very nice looking product once installed
Due to problems with the production, we had to wait several weeks to finally get our order. Miller Jacobs always kept us informed though and gave the opportunity to cancel for free or to change to another colour if we wanted. We decided to wait and although (as complete amateurs) it was not always easy to cut through the tiles to make them the right size, we are very happy with the result, it gave our kitchen a much needed modern feel with minimal effort and cost.

It took a while, but very happy with the product
It took a while to recieve my order due to a faulty system error but when fixed delivery was very fast. Britt comunicated very fast, friendly and helpful. Product is beautyful and good quality, so cant wait to put it on the wall. Happy customer👍🏻

Even better than I imagined!
Ik was already excited when I saw the walltile gold square online, but because sometimes it’s hard to tell what the material looks like en also the texture, I ordered one tile to get a better look.
I received my order very fast and I was really more surprised when I got to see it in real life! I absolutely LOVE it!
