I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ritu at the Blackpool branch in trying power chairs & she is the sole reason I chose to purchase the chair through Millercare rather than purchase online.... See more

Came into the shop on Saturday and today. Would just like to thank Tara and Alan in particular for their respectful, sensitive assistance.

Paul from Wigan came all the way to Blackpool to sort out my nan’s stairlift. He got it done and gave me some tips on how to look after it too.

We visited Miller Care in Leyland on 22nd June, looking for advice and equipment to help my dad, and we were incredibly fortunate to be looked after by Desiree Jones.
From the moment we arrived, Desiree treated us with genuine kindness, patience and respect. She took the time to understand Dad’s needs, never rushed us, and offered thoughtful advice that went far beyond simply selling products. At a time that can feel quite emotional and overwhelming, she made the whole experience reassuring and positive.
Nothing was too much trouble. Desiree was prepared to source equipment from another branch, took measurements, followed up afterwards by email, and continued to help us even when we ended up visiting the Preston store to try a chair that wasn’t available in Leyland. Although our final purchase was made there, we wanted to make sure the recognition went to the person who made it happen in the first place.
Desiree has a wonderful manner with people. She communicates with warmth, empathy and genuine care, and she has a natural ability to put people at ease. She is exactly the sort of person you hope to meet when you are facing the challenges that can come with reduced mobility and later life.
She is an absolute credit to Miller Care, and we wouldn’t hesitate to seek her out again in the future. Thank you, Desiree, for going above and beyond. Your kindness, professionalism and compassion made a lasting impression on both of us.
With sincere thanks,
Nic & Pops Quinn

Very disappointing. I've been a customer for many years and they used to be excellent. Something seems to have gone very wrong this year. My last order in March was a muddle from start to finish. I decided to give them another chance.
Goods ordered. No way to track properly on the website, which used to be the case and the SHOP app doesn't work. I phoned and was told my goods would arrive on Friday. Nothing came and the Amazon (!) tracking number now just says it's been delayed and they'll let me know if another date is scheduled.
Customer Service isn't open on Saturdays any more and the shipping costs have almost doubled in three months.
I've still not got my goods.
Sorted, thank you.

Friendly, professional service. Julia couldn’t have been more helpful. Setting up the rollator was clearly explained. Overall an excellent experience.

Visited the Oldham store with my mum looking for some wide fitting slippers (which is much harder than it sounds). Two lovely ladies (I think hink Joanne and Andrea) were very helpful bring all suitable styles and sizes up from the stockroom for us to try on. Nothing was too much trouble. We found what we were looking for and went home very happy indeed.

Went to the Burnley Millercare site today looking for a powered wheelchair. Claire the Supervisor was really helpful and explained how the efoldi navigator worked. We tested the chair in the store and in the car park, making sure it fitted easily into the car. Claire was really helpful and a delight to deal with. Left the store with a new wheelchair which was fully insured. Thank you Claire!

Millercare and their staff are exceptional . I came to the Wigan store with my Husband, as I wanted to enquire about changing the mobility scooter I had to a different one due to a change in circumstances. Tracey and Gemma (hoping I've spelt their names correctly. Forgive me if I haven't) went above and beyond to assist me . From the moment we stepped into the store, they greeted us with a friendly manner . They could not do enough for us , whilst remaining professional , they were both understanding very knowledgeable . I was able to trial a different scooter out, which met my needs . Tracey contacted the mobility scheme on my behalf to explain my circumstances before allowing me to continue the consult with them , resulting in Gemma delivering a choice of 2 scooters to my home for me to have another trial in order for me to make my final decision. Gemma took my previous scooter away and left me with my newest choice which better suits my needs. Once again , thank you both for all your help and showing compassion and understanding. Myself and my Husband are both truly grateful 🙂 . Best wishes Denise

Nick, Dot & Lucy from Millercare in Oswaldtwistle went the extra mile in finding & loaning us a child's wheelchair for my 9 year old grandson after he had to have a painful operation on one of his legs.
They were so helpful in locating a child's wheelchair from within their group and Blake loves his wheelchair.
