The sales representative and the installer were great individuals helped us choose the appropriate alarm package for our family. -Now we have peace of mind knowing that are alarm system is there to notify us when needed.

My alarm works . The installation took 2 - 3 days . The RING SOORBELL IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR MONTHLY FEE !! After a month you lose the live view unless you pay for it separately . The brag about the ring doorbell , but never tell you it’s a separate fee . And by the time you find out you are locked into ADP . If I could cancel I would , but of course it’s a contract !

I contacted the same salesman that my cousin dealt with, in fact, she gave me his card and the same flier he gave her. I told him I wanted the exact deal. Free installation & $100 cash. He did not deliver on the cash, he instead made excuses (which were a lie) and had the nerve to call my cousin & question her about what she shared with us. There were no secrets, everything we expected was written on the same flier that he had given her, which is the flier we also had, given to us by her. Telling us that we barely squeaked by with our credit score & that anyone we referred should have better credit was rude and uncalled for. I should’ve called ADT directly to get the deal I was expecting rather than getting cheated and insulted. This salesman’s name is Rik Henderson and of course we would never recommend him.

As first time home owners we knew we would be an alarm in our new house, Millennium Alarm Systems was the first to make direct contact so we went them. In hindsight I would have used a different company, several times during our onsite evaluation we heard how he was making a special exception to give us more than 8 sensors, had I checked my mail before that day I would have seen our evaluator was greatly overstating his generosity, and was just trying to scalp a buck. In the junk mail that same day we had not one, but two ad's from rival ADT installers offering 16 sensors for the same price. Which would have covered all of our windows and doors, rather than forcing us to utilize motion sensors on half the house which are offline if you're home, say sleeping! Possessions are fine, but people are irreplaceable, and half our house is unprotected at night. Additionally we let him upsell us to the RING kit, we'd been planning on getting one anyway, BUT to get the RING we had to go to the most expensive package, so we assumed that would include any subscriptions required, IN FACT OUR SALESPERSON NEVER EVEN MENTIONED WE'D NEED A SEPARATE SUBSCRIPTION TO MAKE RING WORK FOR LONGER THAN 30 DAYS.

Our salesman has never followed up to see how we were liking the system or address any concerns we might have (which is why it took me so long to post a review).

The ONLY reason this is two stars instead of one, is our installer was an absolute gem, who politely and patiently explained everything to my family, and performed a very clean, professional installation, he I was super happy with, the sales guy not so much.

They were honest, fast and the system works great!

Dealt with them long distance for my father's house. They were very helpful and nice.

Chris Canlas is the Best Installer he is very friendly works very clean and explains everything to you I would recommend him to family and friends

The sales rep James Chung was very professional and offered me ADT Security service with no cost upfront. And used the top quality product, Honeywell. The Technician was also very professional and courteous. My experience was two thumbs up from start to finish. I would recommend to my family members.

They did a good job installing and every thing has been as advertised.

I didn't received, police permit by mail as i ve been told.
I have not panic botton installed.

nothing special. salesman was rude at the end. did not specify details &handed me a contract to sign. Prices were incorrect and I was billed differently from what I was told. No lawn signs or stickers given to me. Experience could have been much better.
