I will start of by saying what excellent customer service Ola offers. The purchase of my watch was seemless from start to finish. Communication was always very prompt and helpful and the watch arrived in super quick time.

Good communication initially, and speedy delivery. However, I would have preferred for the watch to have been examined a lot more closely initially, when I was asking for an accurate description of the condition of the watch. Most noticeably for any damage: once I received the watch it was only then that damage was verified and I had to fight for compensation. For a watch this expensive I don't personally think that should be the case. Other than that, all good.

I sold a watch to Millenary Watches recently. Before proceeding I did my due diligence and found plenty of excellent reviews wherever I looked, but mostly from Buyers and not Sellers.
If you’re looking to sell them one of your watches have no worries. The process is clear and they 100% stick to that process. They provided me with a DHL Express Shipment label so I could send my watch, it’s fully insured btw. Carriage was at their cost, not mine. They confirmed safe receipt and transferred me the agreed amount of money. No quibbles, no argument and no stress. Payment was in my account the following day.

So to conclude: Great guys to deal with, excellent communication (answering all of my dumb questions), nothing was too much trouble, they were quick, courteous and very professional. I would certainly hope to deal with them again. Thanks again Jens and your team.
