Lots of good kit, great prices and delivery was quick. Ordered a couple of pairs of trousers and a pair of trekking boots: the trousers will need taking up but I was expecting this anyway - they do the job. The boots were comfortable from the first test run out in a forest; nice and solid.

I was very impressed with the quality of the items I purchased. The Helikon-Tex products in particular feel extremely well made, with excellent materials, stitching and overall finish. The Boonie Mk2 and U.S. Model poncho both have the reassuring feel of equipment designed to last, and Helikon-Tex has certainly left a very strong impression on me as a Polish outdoor and tactical brand. The other items in my order were also of a good standard, and overall I was very pleased with the products and the value for money.

My only reservation concerns customer service response times. I sent an important message regarding my order and felt that the reply took longer than it certainly should have. For a retailer selling products of this quality, communication should be considerably quicker and more responsive. Improving this area would make the overall purchasing experience much stronger.

Overall, I would happily buy from MILITARY.EU again, particularly for Helikon-Tex products.

Fast shipping

Inaccurate information on the webshop. A product advertised as being on sale wasn't actually discounted.
I bought a Leatherman Rebar multitool; at first glance, it was indeed about 10 euros cheaper than on other sites. In reality, it didn't come with a sheath, which costs an extra 20–30 euros. This wasn't indicated anywhere on the site; whenever I’ve ordered a Leatherman tool elsewhere, the sheath was automatically included in the package. I feel misled, and effectively, if I buy the factory sheath, it will end up costing more than if I had bought it from another webshop for 10 euros more. I assume the company won't compensate me for this in any way. It’s a total rip-off that the site lacks proper information. I should never shop here again!

As my previous review - selling good quality products at competitive price is something that won me over many other websites. I already have four orders and I'm planning to continue ordering from this website. I will not comment the quality of my Garmont boots, because Garmont boots don't need a review.

Nice Quality

Ordered a leatherman surge, it came with a defect and decided to return it. (Has loose handle and a bent lanyard ring)When i tried to return it they have no free return shipping label. The only available option is to return at your expense. I tried to reach them over the phone for 2 days, no agents in chat ever connect and phone is ran by ai bots that hang up when they redirect you to agent. Ive ordered few times before and had no issues but the experience hasnt been nice now that i face a problem for the first time. I will dispute the payment through my bank if they keep avoiding contact
