Scam site!!! Don’t book!!!!!!!!!

Caution about returns. Yet another company offering seemingly easy return but does not say that in fact the postage costs to return to China are almost as expensive as the product. I did get a partial refund but still, be aware.

The product was misleading and not as described - was supposed to be a cotton knitted jumper but it was a cheap polyester print of a knitted pattern. I complained and they agreed to accept a return if I sent it back to them in China. I returned this as a tracked parcel, and it has just been returned to me in the UK, as it was never collected in China. They clearly had no intention of ever collecting or processing this return. Complete scam, stealing money. DO NOT TRUST.

This is a scam site. They are con men and should not be allowed to continue advertising. Do not buy from this site. You will not receive your order or a refund.

If there was a zero star I'd use that . I'm really annoyed with myself that I didn't look at reviews before I ordered but yet again the photo of a gorgeous jumper lured me in ! Never again. I've e mailed to no avail , I've threatened them with trading standards but I don't think they even get the e mail. What scamming tossers these people are taking people's money for nothing. It sickens me and I'd love to find where they are . I've reported to my bank too. Please DON'T use this website !

Don't bother with this company. It's a scam.

I placed an order on 17th Feb. I received daily emails for the first couple of weeks saying they were going to send my order. Then eventually it went quiet. My order didn't show up so I contacted them a month after ordering, requesting the goods or a full refund. I have heard nothing from Miles London since. I still have not received either the outfit I'd paid for, nor a refund.

Do not buy from this company and please be aware they are now trading as London-wear on Facebook, avoid, avoid, avoid

I only wish I had checked Trust Pilit prior to making my purchase. I am now down nearly £100.
Please do not purchase from this site. It is a total con.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT'S A SCAM!!! I purchased 2 dresses, that were cr@p! I spent £25 on return postage to China, only to have them returned to me from China 3 months later and not a refund in sight.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

I recently purchased several items from Miles London, and I can confidently say this is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Initially, I was drawn in by their trendy photos and appealing prices, but what I received was nothing short of a disaster.

First and foremost, the quality of the items I received was horrendous. The materials were cheap and poorly made, definitely not worth the money I spent. I mean, who wouldn’t be upset to receive clothing that looks like it came from a discount bin? To add insult to injury, the sizing was completely off. I ordered based on the measurements provided and the items I received were way off, making them unwearable.

But the real kicker was the customer service—or lack thereof. I tried reaching out multiple times to address my issues, including missing items and poor quality, but their responses were either delayed or completely irrelevant. They clearly have no intention of resolving issues or respecting their customers' rights.

And to top it all off, I’ve recently discovered that their website is no longer accessible! This raises serious red flags and makes me wonder if they were ever a legitimate business. To anyone considering purchasing from Miles London, I urge you to think twice. Save your money and shop somewhere else that values its customers and provides the quality they advertise.

These are the biggest crooks in the world.

So I posted previously, made a purchase on 15th Feb this year, lots of emails stating goods are on the way. Asked for a refund several times, none given.
I have tried to claim through my bank but I doubt any success. Today I find the company website now no longer exists
No doubt they will set up another company under another name and continue to rob people.

Awful n practically in tears, a complete scam.......sadly its another thing ive got caught up in while on pin interest,
its Completely another reason why i stay so isolated and away from social media....
The goods that Have arrived are either damaged or Not as advertised At All

DOGS ABSOLUTE DOGS, Any advert that looks similar to this miles one on Facebook or Pinterest is of the same nature, they have no phone number and are just out to get your money I did receive my goods after 8 weeks of waiting, nothing like as described, my leather flying jacket was utter plastic, hahaha, ive got to laugh, absolute garbage, i wouldn't give to a charity shop, they'd probably bar me out.

Like others I should have read the reviews paid good money ,hard earned still waiting for goods, I am deleting the Pinterest app as it promotes fake buisness

Good are shocking in quality. Then you try and return them after many emails offering a discount I finally get an address in China and pay for them to be returned. They then go dark do not respond to any further emails from me and I am down the cost of the dresses and the return postage to China.

Goods were appalling when they eventually arrived. Emailed for a return but when no reply was received I tried to contact them again but they're no longer available - so perhaps they've gone out of business. Like others here I think I'll have to put this down to experience!
