I attempted to cancel my order…
I attempted to cancel my order immediately after placing it. Staff responded the next day saying they can't refund me and that im only eligible for a store credit. They also told me that they charge a "10% processing fee" for all canceled orders. Absolute nonsense, another money hungry, terrible customer service company. Go literally anywhere else, these guys suck!

As a small family-run business, we have a clear store credit only policy due to the nature of our research compounds, and our payment processor charging us 16% total on each sale, if it’s refunded, we are still charged the 16% on our end. When you requested cancellation, we immediately offered you full store credit of $244.45 at 6AM the next morning, as we are a small team and are not online during late evening hours.
I personally reviewed your order and went ahead and issued a full refund right after your email correspondence with our customer service team to your original payment method this morning.
We value every customer and work hard to deliver fast, high-quality products with excellent support. We're sorry we fell short in your case.

Reta, ghkcu, kpv
I have been taking reta, kpv, and ghkcu from mhc for the past 5 weeks. I am a bit skeptical of the validity of the reta/ kpv. I know kpv doesnt have much to do with weightloss though its more simply antiinflammatory.
I started with 1mg reta, then 1.5, then 2 then 2.5. I am a binge eater but I hate everything about it and try to avoid doing it. I haven't noticed food noise go down at all and the scale has barely moved despite working out, staying active and eating healthy. I am scared the reta isn't real. Has anyone sent in a vial of reta independently from here recently? Thanks!

If you’d like to verify further, you’re also welcome to call or email the labs that test our products, Vanguard & Kovera, directly. They can confirm the results on file for your batch.
We also do understand that independent lab testing is important to many researchers. If you’d like recommendations on how to have a vial tested independently, our team can point you in the right direction.

Reliable Quality
I’ve tried quite a few companies in this space, and Mile High is the one I keep coming back to. There are so many scammers and low-quality vendors out there now that it’s hard to know who to trust.
Their prices can be quite a bit higher than some of the discount companies, but I’ve learned there’s usually a reason for that. The cheaper vendors I’ve tried have been all over the place in terms of quality and consistency from one order to the next. With Mile High, I know what I’m getting every time.
For me, the reliability and consistency are worth paying a little extra for. I did have an issue with an expedited order once, but they resolved it very quickly, which says a lot about their customer service. I’ve only placed smaller orders because I’ve been burned in the past by spending hundreds of dollars with other vendors and ending up with low-quality products and money down the drain.
After a lot of trial and error, I’ve decided they’ll be my go-to company for bulk orders moving forward.

Shipping was fine, Adamax didn’t work
Shipping was fine. I ordered the Adamax and didn’t really feel anything from it. I emailed Mike high about a question I had from the coa of the Adamax since it says it’s a “blend” in the coa I was confused and wanted clarification but I never heard back from them. Disappointing to say the least.

Serious quality problems
Cloudy Reta and not fully dissolved Kisspeptin-10 stuck floating residue on the bottom. Tested with multiple vials, temperature controlled, and correctly handled. Two of the vials tested did not have vacuum seal.
Update: After reading the evasive and lengthy reply from Mile High Compounds, i would only like to add that at no point did they use my feedback as a point to go and check their supply. They didn't offer any reassurances. They didn't offer any claims of quality. Their reply assumes I want something from them, like a refund, the only thing I want is for them to fix their quality issue for other people. They didn't address that at all. Also, I am purposely keeping myself anonymous, that's why they have no records of me, my anonymity does not mean my experience isn't accurate. I shared my true experience it's up for you who is reading this to decide.
Responding to their update: your continued attempts to invalidate my experience simply because I won't provide you an email address. Demonstrate everything anyone with an intelligent mind needs to know. Thank you.
Responding to their completely rewritten reply: As I said at the top of my review, I reconstituted everything correctly. I understand about PH balance, temperature control during reconstitution and proper handling. Attempting to blame my abilities to reconstitute peptides is a dodge of responsibility to have a clean product. It is untrue that an air seal is not required, it shows that the process of manufacturing was correct, i suggest anyone reading this looks up the manufactory process for peptides, so they can verify this themselves.
I already provided you with the batch number for the kisspeptin-10. The batch for the cloudy MCH-3 RT "Reta" is: GLP-310-MH-03.
I don't want anything from you except for you to take responsibility of what you are selling. Check your supply and the batch numbers I've provided, forget your talking points about seven times testing and actually go recheck your product. There is no reason for me to trust any peptide that you would send me for research purposes, as I have already tested several vials under several different conditions and the results are the same. Including when starting with acetic acid before Bacteriostatic water.

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the Kisspeptin-10. Every batch we sell, including this one, undergoes 7x independent third-party testing for purity and identity before it leaves our facility. However, we understand that reconstitution and handling can significantly impact how a peptide performs.
Kisspeptin (like several other peptides) is best reconstituted with acetic acid rather than bacteriostatic water. When reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, especially versions that are not pharmaceutical-grade (such as non-Hospira or non-7x tested sources) it can become cloudy, develop floating residue, or fail to dissolve properly. This is a known characteristic of the peptide and is typically related to the reconstitution solution rather than the product itself.
We also note that two of the vials you tested did not have a vacuum seal. A vacuum seal is not required for quality. Many high-quality peptide vials ship without a strong vacuum.
The key is proper reconstitution (acetic acid for Kisspeptin) and storage. If you’re experiencing cloudiness or residue, it is most often related to the solvent used rather than the peptide itself.
If you’d like, we can send you a fresh replacement vial of both the MHC-3 RT with our reconstitution solution, along with a vial of acetic acid and Kisspeptin. Please feel free to email us so we can assist you properly.
