Second time I have used the service, Alex coordinates everything and delivery is seamless, there are many choices in auto transport, I wouldn't change as they provided me the service I expected for a fair price and I will continue to use them.

Jack provided exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Alex, the driver, communicated the timing of arrival and any delays so there were no surprises. He also got the car to us in a very timely fashion. Simply a great experience all around!

The transport request was issued in a timely manner and responded to immediately. The transporter picked up the next day and delivered it within two days. The driver kept me informed on both days and arrived when stated. The vehicle did not have any damage. The driver was very courteous and professional.

Jan and Alex had a challenge with the shipping of my vehicle, but their follow-up and persistence ensured that my car arrived where it needed to, when it needed to, despite being picked up some days later than originally planned. Even though that delay was not their fault, they did what they needed to do, and solved for the issue. That's exactly what you need from a top notch service provider.

Scheduled time of pick-up and delivery on the day as stated in order. Called to tell me that car will arrive between 10am and 1pm one day before, then called with exact time of 11am on arrival date and arrived at that time. Car arrived in excellent condition and driver was polite. I highly recommend them.

Very frustrating experience, we were told our car would be picked up by Monday August 25th and it was picked up a day later when we had to drive across the country. We had also asked to have our car be delivered by Friday August 29th, but it was not delivered until two days later. Will not be using again if I need this done.

Vanessa was easy to work with, very responsive and knowledgeable. She made sure to advise me that pick up dates were within a 3 day window and that my 1100 mile transport from MN to NC would likely take 3 to 4 days after pick up. Pickup occurred at 7pm CST on day 2 and delivery actually occurred ahead of schedule 2 days later at 4pm EST, Mile Auto Transport was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but seemed to have some of the best ratings and is A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau. The driver (Nick) and Vanessa stayed in contact and were responsive to my messages/questions.

This was a new experience to me. Mile Auto was through, explained their process. I scheduled last minute and they worked with me. I was communicated to the entire time, with eta, barriers, if any and explained what to expected. They even gave me a military discount. The driver was excellent and sent photos once the car was loaded. BBB A+ is correct. I will use them again..

I called Mile Auto after waiting 3 weeks for another carrier to pick up and deliver a motorcycle I sold on Ebay. Vanessa was super kind, courteous and professional. I needed the motorcycle picked up in Wisconsin and was going to Kentucky. After setting things up, the bike was picked up the very next day. It was delivered within 3 days without any problems or issues. Both myself and the buyer were extremely satisfied and the transport driver always communicated with us. Ahhh…this is my 4th time shipping a car and it was by far, the easiest experience I ever had. From initial call thru delivery (today), everything was perfect. Great quote, great service and excellent delivery. I give them a 10 out of 10 !!!

Jan is our POC working to schedule the pick up and delivery. He did an excellent job! Seriously, this was the 1st time using an auto transport to take the daughters vehicle from the homebase to University. Based on his performance we will definitely use Mile Transport for all upcoming transports. There were several challenges and Jan was successful to get the drivers scheduled. The car was delivered on time, Excellent!
