After doing quite a bit of research and seeing horror stories of bait and switch when shipping a car, I went will Mile Auto Transport to ship a car ~ 400 miles. Everything went perfect, from them having the car picked up at the dealership to shipping it to my house. They took detailed pics and video when they picked it up and checked it over when it arrived. Safely, I might add. They were not the cheapest transport company but the added assurance that they would communicate and stay on budget was worth a few extra bucks. Kudos to Mile Auto Transport.

Alex with Mile auto transport made sure my truck was picked up on the day requested and on time. Truck was delivered the very next day. A very professional company and highly recommend.

Mike auto transport is great! Alex was professional, kind, reassuring! It was my first time to ship a car, I filled out an application for a quote online and got flooded by text messages and emails. I was so overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do. The reviews I read online about shipping cars companies were frightening. I prayed that God would help me find the trustworthy auto transport, He did! I went back online filled out a form with Mile auto transport, received a phone call right away, Alex was great! He explained everything to me. The car was picked up a day earlier because of the bad weather coming. It arrived at my house on schedule and the delivery was smooth. A big thanks to Alex and Mile Auto Transport! They made this first time experience great! I strongly recommend them!

Once a driver was located and dispatched, the pick up and transport of my vehicle was excellent. From northern PA to central Florida the following day. The contact at Mile Auto was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend.

Jack at the office was great to deal with. The car was being transported during a winter storm and the roads were challenging. They were able to get a driver who picked it up a day earlier and delivered it a day early!!!! Fantastic driver and overall service

The move was great. Jan (Dispatch) was very professional. He set everything up with just 1 call. He followed up when needed. The driver was professional, courteous and efficient. Called the day before I needed my car transported and fortunately there was availability. The driver was wonderful and pleasant, there on time and delivered on time without any complications. I will definitely use them on my trip back to New York.

This is truly a dependable company. Competitive and quality service. I was so pleased with my whole experience. I arrange for my brother's 2 car to be transported from Lake City, Florida to Bakersfield, CA. Initially I was hesitant to go with Mile Auto but when I checked on BBB, they are registered and have high overal rating. Even though there's little delay in pick up, Sergie (driver) delivered the cars on the original date of delivery. It was an easy transaction, you can reach them anytime with any concern.

Had two classic vehicles a 1955 Chevy PU, 1966 mustang and a 2015 Toyota moved from Florida to Texas the whole experience was smooth, auto carrier called and we set up a date, he arrived on schedule and had the three vehicles loaded in less than an hour and was on his way, he knew what he was doing, very professional. Pricing was reasonable

I booked the pickup with him, and he was very responsive at all times to my various questions. He provided accurate information and always got back to me promptly. I have shipped cars with other companies and found myself continually frustrated at the lack of return calls and the general idea that you have handed over money and your vehicle, and now you can just wait.

The car arrived within a reasonable timeframe, and the handover went very well. The pick up was a bit nerve-racking because the vehicle had to be picked up by the truck driver, who was a day late, and he couldn't be handed the keys by us as we had a plane to catch. Despite this slight hiccup, everything went smoothly.

I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

Great service. They got my car to me for about half of what BAT shipping offered. Florida to Indiana in about 2.5 days!

Jack was upfront and explained how this all worked. No bull. My desire was for an enclosed transport at a price that made sense. Unfortunately, pickup was an out of the way location in the south west and the SUV going all the way to the east coast. Jack made it happen ... at a very fair price that never changed. Car arrived on a new truck with a pleasant driver. Plus my vehicle got to talk to a hot Lamborghini the whole time.
