I bought an indestructible dog toy and within 2 minutes my dog had it torn apart and all the stuffing out. They sold it as free replacement. I contacted them and they offered me $2.00 or pay high return shipping costs. To everyone don’t buy from them. I have already reached out to the Federal Trade Commission and hope to get them banned from selling in US I paid $22.00 each and bought 2 based on their advertising. I have also contacted the attorney general for false advertising.

If I could give a negative 5 star I would!! I never received my package and they produced this fake tracking that is not a tracking for my postal office. I can not track with them because the number is invalid. They refuse to refund me my money and now I’m seeing these bad reviews that the tit is not worth it. It tells you $15 then at checkout my bill was $32. I actually tried to refund then but their system wouldn’t allow me to cancel immediately afterwards. This company is a SCAM!!! Stay away, and from what I’m reading now the toy is not what it says it is!! Scam! Scam! That is probably why they will not return my money. They could of least made sure I received the junk!

Order supposedly shipped on 02/18. It is now 04/01 and item has not arrived. It seems to have vanished from tracking on 03/18 in Louisville.

I ordered the jumbo cat toy. You took my money out and I never received it. I figure you just screwed me. If I see any ads for your company, you can imagine what I'll say.

Spent over $20 for an indestructible dog toy and my dog chewed it up in 20 minutes, after contacting them they offered me $4 back, do not buy from this group!

Bought the indestructible dog bear. Lasted about 20 minutes. Would give minus stars if I could. Should have looked at the feedback. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have been waiting for my order for over 5 weeks. It looks like it is at least another couple of weeks away. Don't bother contacting their support it is useless. Will never order from them again.

I’d put 0 stars if it was possible. This entire store is a scam. The item I purchased, a dog toy, was destroyed in minutes despite being advertised as indestructible. When I reached out to support, they said they ensured the right item was shipped and then asked for a pic. After sending the pic, they said they would refund me $2 for the $25 purchase so that I wouldn’t need to ship it back. Huh?

Such a con. Stay away.

If I could give a lower rating than a one star, I would the company advertises products with extra extraordinary value offering exchanges a refunds claiming amazing customer service and when you call them on it cause you buy a product and it’s breaks down in five minutes with them claiming indestructibility and if it does, they’ll exchange it when I email them they respond back saying we’re sorry I will send you two dollars. They don’t stand behind their product or the Customer Service they hope that nobody will actually call him on it. Do not buy from this company unless you’re looking to throw away your money.

They are thieves posing as vendors, they slide in extra charges and then when caught, they attempt to say it was an accident. They attempted to tell me it was due to currency exchange rate, but still tacked on another $20. I had to show them they were stealing before they admitted it and called it “an accidental extra charge” which was apparently refunded immediately. Still waiting for it btw.

We bought the 'indestructable' toy bear for our dog. Lasted 2 minutes. Absolute rubbish.

Their “indestructible “ bear lasted 3 minutes. Then they offered a $2.00 refund. I told them to stick it where the sun doesn’t shine. Learned a lesson, always look at the reviews.

After being charged an extra $50 for an item for which I had already paid $15, I finally received it 6 weeks later and it is TOTALLY not as pictured. So horrible crappily made it has been consigned to the bin. The bank organised the return of the fraudulent $50 charge.

I ordered a product and it arrived, but not as it had been pictured. I contacted support for a refund. They requested my order info, which had original pictures of the items, pictures of what I received, and then they told me they didn't see a problem with what I had received. They offered me $3 for my trouble. after multiple attempts to get a refund, they offered me $6 to keep the items. I insisted they go back and at the cost of the company since this was not a mistake on my part. I am still going back and forth with them. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Purchased the “unbreakabear” lasted 30 min. This company is Chinese and hiding behind various odd ship from locations. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Offered me $2 refund or to pay to ship the trash back to china. Like I would spend any more money on this garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Cheap Chinese rip offs , indestructible bear lasted 30min offered a $2 refund then a $5 refund - scam !

I got my dog one of the undestructible bears and it lasted two days I've got all the body parts if you want them just tell me where to send them I like my either replaced or refunded your choice thank you

Complete scam. Toy lasted five minutes. Absolute joke. Avoid, avoid,avoid!
