I know there isn’t the best reviews but personally my experience with this company was pretty good. After reading the reviews, I was very scared that the ring my boyfriend ordered wasn’t coming or would be bad quality but after messaging their Instagram page, they provided me with tracking info and it came in 20 or so days. And although it takes a while to get here, the ring is so pretty. It’s definitely not bad quality at all and I would totally repurchase from this company. And I liked how easy it was to get ahold of them through Instagram.
My husband ordered a ring for me for Christmas. It's too big so I emailed to ask about exchanging for a smaller one. Was told to mail it back to Spain!!! And use a "normal stamp" and do not mark as merchandise because it would be returned. They want to make it too difficult. Seems very strange.
I still have not received my necklace, and I ordered it almost a month ago. Even though I’ve emailed customer service twice about this, I have yet to receive a straight answer, through website updates or direct email, about when I can expect to receive my product. Instead, a customer service rep continues to request action from ME, including a request to send pictures of the partial shipment I received. That is not an acceptable good faith response, especially after this company confirmed that the necklace was not shipped because of low inventory. This is my first experience with Milas Jewels and it has not been a positive one.
When they couldn't provide a delivery date, they refused to cancel the order. Said I had to wait to receive it and then return it. After I received it, they then sent me return instructions to mail it to Spain even though the return address was in California. They explicitly asked me to "use a normal stamp" because they are trying to bypass international customs declarations. I've already filed a complaint with my credit card company, but I suspect this will be a prolonged dispute.
The product is cheap and definitely not worth the price they charged. This is a dollar store type of item. Too difficult and costly to return.
They charged me twice for the same item. When I received the updated invoice showing the duplicate, I emailed them immediately. This was before they had even charged my credit for the first one. I was denied my request to cancel the unordered second item and then proceeded to mock me in emails. I have disputed this charge with my charge card company. They are HORRIBLE! BEWARE!!!

Most definitely a scam. I ordered two necklaces. Two months later they still refuse to give me a refund stating my necklaces are in the mail. Save your money and your sanity.
This is a scam company. You can see right on their IG that they used to be called oliviaverona (go read the reviews on trustpilot for oliviaverona for an idea!) they didn’t even bother removing the old posts with their former business name. They switch site names when enough complaints come in. They also operate several similar looking sites with that “m” logo. ALWAYS check reviews and for how old a site is before buying something, especially if the site is hosted by Shopify, as they have no easy way to flag scam sites and don’t do anything about these scammers who jump from one domain to the next. The whole scheme is this: they drop ship cheap, garbage jewelry from aliexpress (The piece I ordered was $25 on their site and $1.50 on aliexpress), they don’t provide shipping/tracking info, and cant provide order statuses. If you are lucky enough to receive your order, it’ll be cheap junk and nothing like the persuasive pretty photos they use. They also improperly use the flagging tool on this site to remove legit reviews. DO NOT TRUST.
