Excellent

Quality of all the products I have ordered is sensational. I have order alpaca sweaters both the hoodie and the sweater. I also ordered the pink long sweater. Lots of room for a very comfortable fit, and excellent quality materials. The look is amazing. Clothes are generous, roomy and not stingy in fit. It can be dressed up or down. Today I am expecting the Leo Jacket, and I know it too will be fabulous....

Great service and fabulous clothes 🤩

After reading the reviews here I was a bit apprehensive about ordering but I’m so glad I did! Shipping was incredibly fast - less than a week to rural Australia and the clothes were spot on. I carefully checked the sizing with my measurements and have had 6 items delivered over two deliveries and they were all perfect. Whilst I checked all the horizontal measurements, I overlooked my taller than average height so the spunky sequins mini dress is more like a longer top. My mistake. Before my first order I’d made an error with my payment where I had almost immediate communication with them (it was the weekend) and the problem was resolved. Top customer service. The fabrics, designs and the cuts are fabulous. My new favourite brand 🖤

Superb on all levels

love the summer clothes

the delivery is very efficient , items are beautifully packaged . My only complaint would be that the clothes are slightly too long - its a matter of 1cm so hard to make a change to the hems .
the prices for the winter items are high I guess and as I don't wear'sweaters often not so relevant but I love the summer clothes

Beautiful clothes but shipping costly

Beautiful, on-trend clothes. Shopping is always very fast from Germany. My only criticism is the cost of shipping (approximately £10). If you want to exchange an item for sizing reasons, you end up paying £30 total. Or £20 to refund. I also had to pay an additional £20 customs duty on my last item. It all adds up. Delivery should be free above a certain amount.

Loyal customer


I just wanted to share some feedback and a suggestion with you. I have been purchasing many items from your store and I have always been impressed with the great fabric and overall quality of the products. However, I did experience a bit of disappointment with my recent purchase of a beach knitted dress. The stitching came apart on the first wear, even before washing, which was quite disheartening considering the item's price.

I would also like to take this opportunity to suggest the introduction of a loyalty reward scheme for customers like myself who have been consistently ordering from you. While I appreciate the discount codes offered for first orders, it would be wonderful to have something in place for loyal customers as well.

I have only positive experience

I found this online store while looking for a clothes that would match my expectations on style and quality. Then I went to read the reviews, but most of them were not good. I still decided to try and made my first order. It came to me to US in 5 days, and it didn't disappoint me. In the last few months I made 4 orders and 2 returns of some items that didn't fit me well. I received the refunds after a couple of weeks as it said on their website. This is my true experience which was completely positive! I only wish that your prices would be less😊 I'd be buying more of your stuff in this case!

Impossible Return and Customer Support Gaslighting

I don’t even know where to begin...
I bought a sweater online recently. Unfortunately, when I received it, I discovered a noticeable dye defect on the fabric. It’s very obvious: all the knit stripes are even, while several stripes look as if they’ve been heavily smeared with silver paint.

I took photos of the defect and initiated a return. But at the PostNL office it turned out that the barcode doesn’t work and the antwoordnummer doesn’t exist. Neither PostNL nor Google can find the postal code of their return address. I suspected a scam and contacted Mikuta customer support. They sent me a new return label. But at the PostNL office the situation repeated again: the barcode didn’t work and their system cannot find this address—it simply doesn’t exist.

On top of that, customer support started gaslighting me, insisting that there is no defect and that the sweater is supposed to look like this - stained with paint!

I bought it with a huge 50% discount. Without the discount they sell this sweater for €280—can you imagine how terrible the quality rate is for that price?

I even showed the photos of the defect to several professional people who work in the fashion industry, including clothing design. Every single one of them agreed that this is clearly a manufacturing defect! I don’t understand why customer support refuses to acknowledge it? Their quality standards must be incredibly low!

At this point, I can’t return the item because there is no correct return label or return address provided. Support service only said that they are “looking into it with their logistics team” and then disappeared.
I’m left with a defective sweater and a terrible impression of the service and the brand.
Avoid this brand.
