Very disappointing experience.
I placed my order in mid-January, and it was shipped very late and only after I contacted customer service. When it finally arrived, one of the items was wrong. While mistakes can happen, what followed is simply not acceptable.
I reported the issue at the beginning of March and was told that the missing item would be sent. However, it is now May and I have still not received it.
Despite several follow-up emails over more than two months, I have not received a single reply. No update, no solution, nothing.
This level of customer service is extremely poor. I would not order from this shop again.
The jewelry itself is beautiful, but the overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expect a much higher level of customer service.
