Catastrophic service
Ordered 27.11.2020, non-existent/horrible communication, after 7 weeks short message about order cancellation and cash refund in upcoming days. Still no cash refund after 1 month, i had to urge again. Finally, after another 2 weeks got repaid (02.03.2021). Due to different Euro exchange rate i lost 10E for nothing. Overall terrible service in every aspect of online shopping.

Bad delivery, risk of food poisoning
I was waiting for the delivery at home for the whole morning, but no one rings the bell, calls or email us. When I went out in the afternoon, I found that all food was just lying on the ground floor. There were fresh meat, tartar and frozen shrimps. They were all defrosted and in room temperature as they were just put in a plastic bag on the ground. From the micros, it said the delivery is to my apartment at 4th floor and frozen food should be stored in frozen box. I have tried several online grocery shop and other shops were never like this.
Never order from Migros online, unless you don't mind risking food poisoning.
