I’ve used a lot of platforms over the years, but Mighty Networks stands out for one simple reason, it lets you build community on your own terms. The design flexibility, analytics, and AI tools (especially People Magic GPT) make it easy to create spaces that feel personal, not performative.
The support team is consistently excellent, fast, helpful, and genuinely invested in your success. There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but that’s also what makes it powerful. Once you understand the structure, you realize just how much freedom you have to shape the experience around your people and purpose.
If you’re serious about building something that lasts, a space built on connection, not algorithms, then Mighty Networks is the place to start.

I've been having a great experience with Mighty. I love how flexible the platform is and how deep I can get into the design, the spaces, the collections, and member gateways. My business has several tiers of service and I've been looking for a way to simplify the pipelines and just get my clients where they need to be without a ton of technical hand-holding on my part. It's clear that Mighty has thought this platform through and is very focused on user experience. Loving it.

I've experienced nearly every community platform out there, and Mighty Networks isn't just better, it's the only platform that actually works for what I need to build The Well Lab.
My members find each other effortlessly, and the Mighty platform makes peer support natural - based on location, shared interests, and the specific challenges they're facing—not just whoever shouts loudest in a feed. For nonprofit leaders doing the vulnerable work of succession planning and leadership transitions, this kind of intentional connection is everything.
The impact is for my business is also real. Mighty is set up to be a big part of the backbone of this next iteration of my growth and revenue model. The platform is genuinely intuitive—my team doesn't have to spend hours figuring out workarounds or navigating a clunky interface AND I'm able to build out multiple Spaces (under one umbrella) for different subsets of the community we are building together.
The Mighty features that matter most to me include (but aren't limited to): Spaces for focused work, member discovery tools that actually function, purposeful content delivery (oh how I love the Courses plan!), and admin controls / tech and features support that actually make the BTS of online community building, joyful. The Well Lab exists because Mighty makes it possible to build something substantial and sustainable. Forever a Mighty fan!

Liked it so much I bought a SECOND membership package !!
It is the best membership platform and makes my job easy communicating with my people. The people at Mighty also work so hard constantly improving the system and releasing new features.
I thoroughly recommend it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MIGHTY
Worked hard creating a network called Netface yes we dont have a paid version but we were about to purchase one this morning only to be met with this message below
UK Online Safety Act Update
Updated over 3 months ago
To comply with the United Kingdom's Online Safety Act, Mighty Networks on unpaid plans are no longer accessible for Hosts and members within the UK.
Mighty Networks on the Community plan and up have access to moderation filters, and remain accessible. Hosts within the UK interested in updating their plan can
No warning to us nothing so my advice to you is to find a company that actually care for all their customes not just the ones that give them money we certuainly wont be back and will build our own script with a social network which yes we can do as well.

Mighty Networks makes it easy for us to run our UnternehmerFreiraum community in a professional and engaging way. The platform is simple to use, integrates perfectly with our AI-first approach, and the CoHost AI saves us a lot of time in creating and managing content. Customer support has been excellent, and we really value that pricing doesn’t depend on user numbers. For us, it’s the best choice out there

We use Mighty for our Community and I love the consistent updates and upgrades - theres always something new to discover and strategies to help engage our members - and it's so easy to use on the back-end, which is an added plus!

Mighty Networks is one of the first companies I have ever used that delivered more than what they claimed. I would have a hard time believing in People Magic except I have seen it working over and over. Mighty facilitates this with strategic and ethical use of technology and the best support team I have ever seen.

The customer service is non-existent. The group sessions are brief and do not address any real problems you may encounter, and there are problems! glitches in the A.I. system, and humans that respond days later not addressing your major issues. For someone who is not tech savey it can be a night mare. Plus the plans are very limited unless you move to the higher costly plans which make it difficult for those just starting out.
Just an update people did reach out to me for a brief while and even the experts could not figure out their faulty system. I felt gaslighted and they kept telling me that AI is often pyschotic because I spent hours trying to get answers from thei A! C0 host who sent me always on a wild goose chase. I thought I was just not tech savey until I swtiched plafroms and realized Mighty Networks is all hype and promotion of how to make a million a year but do solid foundation and no customer support!

I went for the trial (30 days) and they went ahead and charged my account on the second day in. Furthermore, I canceled the trial and they still charged my account. Beware too as they go under different names. I want my refund.

They offer a great combination of a flexible tool and a range of strategies to maximize it. You buy more than a product. It’s a community of communities.

I’ve been impressed with Mighty Networks from the start. Before subscribing, I gained an in-depth understanding of the platform thanks to free access to the Mighty Community and the Mighty Team's weekly info/demo sessions. This transparency helped me make an informed decision. Once I signed up, things only got better.
The Mighty Team provides the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a SaaS company. They’re knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The ongoing access to a vibrant community of other hosts has also been invaluable—it’s a great space to exchange ideas, solve challenges, and stay inspired.
I also love how flexible the platform is. It gives community builders the tools to shape their space to fit their unique vision rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all structure.
I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 only because the platform has been rolling out a lot of new features recently, and there have been a few bumps in the road. If half-stars were an option, I’d give it a 4.5. That said, the updates are exciting, and I’m confident the team will smooth things out soon.
Overall, Mighty Networks is a fantastic choice for anyone serious about building an online community.

Mighty Networks is hands-down my go-to platform for building community. I’ve used a lot of tools over the years, but nothing compares when it comes to creating real engagement and transformation.
For me, community isn’t just about gathering people—it’s about activating them. And Mighty makes that possible. It’s more than a platform; it’s a catalyst. I’ve seen firsthand how lives are changed when people connect with purpose, support, and shared vision.

Being on the Growth Plan (Path to Pro) allows me to: 1) have a dedicated Support Staff - real people - on hand to answer questions when I am building my network; 2) attend weekly and bonus sessions with Mighty experts so we can discuss strategy and share screens with other Hosts and collaborate; 3) regularly submit my feedback and wishes so I can design the best experience for my future members. For example, I was hoping my video module thumbnails would display in 16:9 aspect ratio and now my Course videos show in a fun Netflix-style grid view. Mighty listens to their Hosts. Gina is the Goddess of Generosity, and Mighty Networks is THE platform for Community and Engagement. The future is bright if you build on Mighty now.

I'm new to the platform but love the trainings, the collaborative community, all of the available resources and updates that are constantly being made.

It's disappoint how far companies are going to avoid human interaction. I thought your business was built on "people magic"? I was excited about getting into courses and felt MightyNetworks could potentially be a great fit. It likely still could be. But all of their interaction is done via chat and email and this was my first time setting out on an endeavor like this. I had issues with how to go live and ultimately I just didn't have the time to keep hitting my head against a wall and without the ability to pick up the phone and ask a question I couldn't do it anymore and canceled. I asked for a refund because I used the platform 2 months only to fall on my face because of their lack of support you'd think that they'd offer money back. NOPE. I think the platform is powerful but the business behind it is everything that's wrong with tech companies today. $300 burned. Live and learn. If you don't already know how to use MightyNetworks don't use them unless you have a ton of time to read through articles and emails to have your questions answered.

After moving my large and very active FB-group over to Mighty, I had to abort the project after two months.
Long story short: The admin and moderation features are not strong enough to handle a really active group.
A lot of the Mighty onboarding and built in AI-promts is all about engaging your community.
Well, I have around 500 members that post ALL the time.
Since Meta is Meta, I decided it would be prudent to get my crowd a room of their own, so I splurged on the big business plan and spent a lot of time onboarding them into the platform.
Read: Creating guides, holding webinars, spending day and night helping them from FB and onto the platform.
Here's the kicker:
Mighty is designed for tech savvy cool kids, not 50-year old FB-users.
And it's confusing in ways that I could not predict, since I'm a tech savvy cool kid, not my own client (usually a highly educated academic in their late 40 to early 60-ies.)
After setting up Mighty, my customer service inquieries grew with 800%. Most of these was sent to my Mighty account on Direct Message, because the boomers could not figure out when they replied to a comment in a thread or when they DM-ed someone.
And since I have this active crowd that publishes around 150-200 posts a day, it got super messy.
I tried using the features of dividing Mighty onto separate spaces + using hashtags, but that was too hard for my posting and publishing and confused in the DM-crowd.
On FB, if someone sends me a message on Messenger, I can have a customer service rep join us in the thread.
Not so much on Mighty.
So more customer service AND harder to delegate.
Also, I started getting confused.
The truth is: The interface is not designed for a hyper active group.
It has not got what FB have: An algorithm showing you the most relevant and active post. You follow people and topics, but you get a wild and random interface.
Since I was planning on adding another 100-250 active members after my fall launch, I realized that this project was based on me wanting Mighty to work, not on actual customer experience for my members.
So I aborted the Mighty - I had paid a yearly plan. I understood the terms and conditions and knew it was not refundable, but I asked them anyway.
Long story short: It was not a very elegant off boarding process from Mighty. They were semi-interested and just "sad you experience it that way", and as someone that has worked in User Research and product development for many years, I was like:
"What? If I had lost a client this way, I would be super interested! This is useful data, let's look closer at it!"
But since they were behaving in the way they were, I gather that my issue is a known issue.
I believe that Mighty Networks is an excellent sollution if you are growing out of your Slack community, and you have tech savvy members that are comfortable in Slack.
I also believe that MM might be excellent if you have a community that is huge (a lot of members), but the members are shy, not engaging much and mostly watching the live streams.
I do not believe MM can replace a really active FB-group, because the moderation and relevance tools are sub-par + the boomers will not get it.
And I love my boomers, they are paying clients and a lot of fun!
Last, but not least: While I was killing my MM community in is second month, the Mighty Network did a strong push to make me join their mastermind, because my network was so big and active and doing so well.
Guys, there was nothing in my experience with the network that could have been solved by a mastermind.
And it felt sad to see that the department selling me the mastermind, did not have access to the data that I was asking for help to abandon ship because of lacking features.
If you have an active community that's FB-based: I'm sorry, but there's really no alternative to FB when it comes to moderation and ease of use + relevancy.
And I think MM network knows that, since they were so disinterested when my - on paper - very sucsessful Network burned my team out because of the increased customer service needs.
