I am SO exasperated I am not sure where…

I am SO exasperated I am not sure where to start…. so to be balanced with the positive. I am on my 3rd set of MIFO earbuds having had a great experience with the previous models. The latest pair had some major issues with glitching and cutting out in one ear bud and then another. Initially customer service were helping in sending re-set instructions by email. The issues continued and I proposed returning them for a replacement pair as they were under warranty. This is when it went silent and for months from June to December I had to chase and chase, firstly there was an issue with the returns centre, I then received an email with a return address to an industrial estate in Camberley - same email chain so not a ‘phishing’ risk. I sent them recorded delivery in early December 2025 and despite several emails I have simply heard nothing! The level of customer service must be damaging the brand but it seems nobody cares! As at today I have no ear buds and no idea when I might get a replacement if ever! Feels almost fraudulent to me.

Mifo customer service is rubbish!…

Some years ago my wife and I both placed online orders for Mifo earbuds. In both cases the earbuds arrived in good time and we were very pleased with the build quality of the product. Unfortunately my daughter’s dog got acces to my earbuds and destroyed them.
I didn’t hesitate to order a new set since I considered Mifo earbuds to be a quality product and their service to be reliable.
Unfortunately that confidence in reliable service was soon destroyed when the order hadn’t arrived a week later while they promised a 3-5 day delivery period. That was when I attempted to contact the company to find out where my order was- and that was when I discovered what others have reported on here- that mifo customer service has become atrocious since my original experience with them. The online chat option is disabled, there is no contact phone number, and all attempts that I made made to contact by email were ignored. I even tried going through Mifo Eu (whose chat bot appeared to be working) but still no response)
Three weeks have now passed since I placed my order so I had given up hope of receiving my order and had resorted to contacting my bank and my local trading standards office to recover my money. But yesterday I received a message from Mifo saying that my order had been dispatched. This was then confirmed by Evri who will be responsible for the delivery.
So the saga seems to be coming to and end (fingers crossed) but after such appalling service I could not recommend Mifo even through their earbuds are a good product

Update 15/12/25 …….They have arrived!!

Wireless earbuds O5

After seeing a online review about the O5 earbuds I ask for them as a present.
1 month after ordering the buds still had not arrived, emails to customers svs were very slow to be answered (weeks) and unhelpful. Despite requesting a cancellation and refund they still turned up very late and with no obvious way to return them.
The buds are close to useless for active movers, the wind whistles through them, so you can't run in them and in the gym as soon as you sweat they keep falling out.

As with other reviewers below - ordered ear pods for quick delivery - days and days later there is no update and no delivery - have had brief email exchanges and demanded refund but I'm guessing money is lost. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Wish I'd read reviews first as I do normally...

Bought the Sonictrek swimming…

Bought the Sonictrek swimming headphones H20.. delivery was late. The product didn’t work as soon as water touch them even though they are advertised as swimming goggles. Tried to contact Mifo but to no avail. Stay away from this company

Customer service is elusive. Who to speak to about an order?

I've placed an order with this company. I did not receive an email confirmation. I have not received my order and it has been 5 days. Also, the website says to chat with them via a chatbot, but there is nothing there on the website. I could not easily find an email address contact on their website. I'm worried that there is no way to chase up my order and I may have wasted £99. Be careful ordering from them. The UK distributor of the product is listed as Amazon.co.uk, but I placed my order with Mifo, not Amazon.

This company lies about delivery

This company lies about delivery. Instead of the 3 to 5 workdays you will be waiting for weeks. Still waiting for the product. If only I had checked here before hitting the order button. Do yourself a favour and use a proper company ot site. You will never see your money again, whether you get the product or not, whether it works or not. It's gone to China where you have no rights or recourse.

Used to trust them.

I've bought from Mifo in the past. Previous headphones were two years old and the battery life on one of the buds was decimated, so I ordered a replacement. Never received my products, and customer service responded initially but then stopped.

Used to trust them, now I don't.

Do not buy from the company they are a…

Do not buy from the company they are a joke, bought ear buds for £140 they stopped working after 2 months after countless emails back and fourth I could return for a replacement (I had to pay pp no return lable was giving). So they got the earphones back 3 days later shown by tracking, now its been 10months since then, they ignore any emails for weeks then come back with oh we are very busy we will look into this for you then that's just on repeat, I have given up! Scammers

This website is a scam

This website is a scam.
They sold me the item(smart watch) on the promise of a 5 working days delivery in March. After two weeks I contacted them as I did not hear from them. They said the product was not in stock and promise it would be in two weeks time no information of it before the purchase.
I have contacted them twice after that and they just has said they will get back to me and haven't heard a thing from them. I do not know how or when they will do and you can only contact them through a chat. They has now stop replying my messages.
At this point I am concious I might have lost might money. I am trying less of you go through this uwful experience.
