Withdrawals is said to be 1-2 business days. Today is the 5th business day and still no money.
Support responding time is about 2-3 days.
UPDATE: it has now gone one month and they are still freezing my money without any reason. Stay away from these scammers.

Can't login to my account. Can't withdraw my money. You can only talk through email, which is slow and painful. 5 days i have not been able to access my account. I contacted the support email saying i had tried different devices and their response was to try logging in from a different device! Seems like a scam to me since they remove comments from their social media pages and i have found other forums where people say they've been locked out for months while mifinity holds their money hostage. UPDATE: They suddenly tried to blame it on me and a failed verification code which is false, haven't had an issue with codes and no emails saying so. confirmed my number and haven't heard back in 21 hours. The lack of communication is the worst

i got robbed for about 20 USD. Emailed or wrote them feedback for 3-4 timed, no response.
So i sent money from outside to MIFINITY in USD but MIFINITY received in EUR with about 8 EUR short.
Then i sent money between wallet but again 8 EUR short.
I will file complaint to regulator today.
Absolutely scam!!!

Upon checking your correspondence we can see you requested a EUR withdraw to your USD wallet. As recommended by our team if in the future you wish to receive funds in a certain currency to ensure you have created an E-Wallet for that specific currency and then provide the details of that wallet to the sender.
Please note the currency conversion rate of your transaction was 2.99% as stated on our site. The fee on your withdrawal was EUR5 or USD2.
