Honorable, trustworthy place to get parts

I bought a wireless transceiver to control the AC's outdoor condenser (rats ate the control wire). It cost $449, plus $61 for 2-day UPS shipping. The device didn't work, as confirmed by the manufacturer, so Midwest paid to ship it back and sent me a new one, which did work perfectly. They got the refund from the manufacturer, including the shipping, and submitted it back to my PayPal account. This is the kind of honest, trustworthy service you want in a supplier.
