Seem to have the same issue as everyone else. Ordered item supposedly sent, tracking stated at customs, next up date was returned. Emailed have provided shipping details twice and requested refund. It seems there website no longer exists.

I ordered 4 bottles of the serum received 12 yesterday,I have written to ask what has happened no reply, I am in the hospital at the moment so cannot go into my bank to check my statement to see how much they have charged me, if they have charged me for 12 bottles hopefully I can send them back and get a refund,I never realised they were coming from China if I had I would never had ordered them.

Ordered in January tracking was sent. Sat in china for 14 days . I emailed to find out what went wrong and Midoribear asked me for my shipment details that were actually exactly what I gave them on the purchase. They replied saying my order was returned to sender and I have heard nothing back from my emails. I believe I have been scammed Please be careful 😆

All the reviews are true … it is a big scam !!! I have never got the product because they never sent !! Please don’t get scam like us

I ordered this product from an Ad on Facebook on January 23, 2023. Almost one month later have still not received it. I received an email on January 31 stating it was in transit and was able to track it and saw it was coming from China and it stated I would receive it February 10-5 or something like that. Now when I go to track it, it says "error" and I can no longer track the order. I received an email a day later saying my message was blocked. Had I known it was coming from China, I would have never ordered it. It's probably a scam and meanwhile they ran away with almost $59.00 of my money. Maybe by some miracle, I may get the product, but I am not holding my breath. I advise people not to order from them.

Product took weeks to come and isn't the product I ordered. It is cheaply packaged in a plastic bottle and smells like bubble bath. It looks like someone has taken a complementary bottle of bubble bath from a hotel room and stuck a different label on it, and not even the correct label. Absolute waste of money, don't fall for it!

i wish i had read the reviews before i chucked away the money. no goods ordered months ago, tracking says incomplete address but house number and post code correct. too good to be true and feel an idiot for falling for this trash.

i have been waiting for over a month for this product and even paid to have shipped within 5 days. I looked at tracking a couple of weeks ago and it showed it was in Philadelphia but now it shows it is back in China.

i was stupid to have purchased this.

Placed an order 2 mths ago still waiting. First excuse order was return to sender. Supposedly sent another, bogus tracking, contacted several times no reply, don't deserve any stars. SCAM, just money grabbing rip off. Ok Midoribear prove me wrong and I will re review.

I made 3 orders all for same item received a parcel but wrong items I have been constantly emailing them asking where to return these items . They have ignored these emails. They emailed me once at the beginning when I queried something so there is no problem there.

Absolute SCAM , paid for the product and it took $360 so bank stop card. The product was sending up until Friday then was returned when emailed only recieved an automatic email for tracking. Haven't even bothered to get a refund cause I can't even contact

BUYERS BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU RUBBISH. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND IF YOU SEEK A REFUND THEY WILL MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE

You are claiming you have 5* reviews on here and yet when I check there are no reviews if either your company or product ! Is that false advertising?
