The dresses I have bought from midnight hour have been beautiful, and all arrived in a timely manner. I did have to return one item due to fit, but that was easy.

Fantastic experience, super helpful when I had questions and was very glad they double checked with me about my delivery address. Very easy to read and understand sizing chart

Shoes were way too tight. Returning them was a hassle. I don’t plan on shopping here again.

Product didn't fit even though the size guide was used. Retrun policy is ridiculously strict.

Very cute and great quality

I bought two dresses. One is stellar. The other is cut weird at the top, possibly a single fluke item because the other is so high quality. It clearly had already been returned/repacked once before so someone might have agreed. But since it was a best seller, customer service dismissed my concern immediately, without examining the item. Any sane human should’ve looked to see if it was a single defective item so I could have a replacement instead of a refund. But no. They wouldn’t even bother. So I got a refund, which really means paying the “free returns” fee again, as well as shipping again. So their defective dress cost ME money. I’ve finally made that second selection, so I’m hoping for a better situation. They were out of every dress I wanted in my size, so I went with new tops. Crossing fingers. Honestly, all it would’ve taken to be a good vendor is to LOOK at the item in question. No one’s body is shaped the way that top was cut at the very top seam.

Edit to add: my email very clearly states it was “cut weird at the top.” And yes, I had to pay shipping and the new “free returns” fee when I picked a replacement item. The responses have all been dismissive, including to this review, which is clearly attempting to place blame, not solve problems.

I have been following Midnight Hour for a while. But only recently purchased their clothes. I found them to be good quality, and they arrived quickly. I appreciate that it was delivered from Cali straight to me in Tx. No over seas fees.

I think some pictures are much more flattering than the real item. Fast shipping though and seems true to size.
