My Midas sandals chain strap broke. They actually went to a lot of trouble and sent me new chain for both shoes,which I easily attached and am delighted to wear again. all at no cost to me. Now that is exceptional customer care!!!!!!

Customer service experience is awful. Live chat bot marks queries as resolved before they are answered by a human, causing unnecessary delays and an incredibly inconvenient shopping experience.
Ordered two pairs of shoes. One arrived quickly but the second pair wasn't even picked up at the warehouse, leaving me a week to find a replacement shoe for an important event when I ordered to ensure I'd have two weeks to break them in.
When contacting customer service, my concerns were initially brushed off and I had to press to insist it was actioned. Yet it still took a further two days to have the answer that no, I won't get my shoes in time.
Will be refunding the other shoes that did arrive. Too bad they weren't the shoes I needed and were supposed to be a treat for myself but they're no longer going to bring joy. Just be reminded of this incredibly frustrating experience.
