I have ordered 2 swim wests to be delivered on 21 July 2021. But the delivery has been postponed 3 times, to an unknown date (as of 26 August 2021. It’s by far the worst online order experience I have ever received.

We ordered a Theragun received it very fast but it had no charger or any accessories that were depicted on the box. Trying to contact them is a f***ing nightmare, still hoping to hear from them let's see what happens next week.
Now got a call back and had to send it back, received a new one a few days later. Thank you.

I highly recommend not to order anything from them.
I had ordered an expensive air conditioner during the heat wave, which when arrived was not working.
I asked a very simple question, can you replace this one quickly because I need one ?
The answer is no - you need to send it back to the manufacturer so they can look at it and repair it. After arguing with them on how stupid this was and how long this was going to take, they had to follow their policy of no return and send it to the manufacturer.
It has been a month, and microspot is now completely ignoring my calls or emails.
On top of that, I have now received an offer from the manufacturer for repairing the device for hundreds of francs.
So, how ridiculous is the service of microspot ?
What a joke and waste of time, I have bought another one from another company. Never again trusting or dealing with Microspot.
I ordered a Bose portable sound box, two weeks later was malfunction. Now it’s been more than two months. Everytime I call they keep telling me I will receive it by the end of the week.
I had one defect case and one wrong product received case (bought with credit from the defect case) over last 9 months, eventually everything is solved but only after regular calling from myside to find out the status.
This is for sure unsatisfactory for both sides, microspot did not get any new orders from side during this period, calls to hotline cost microspot resources. I would be also cautious with any new orders.
I would suggest some kind of emailing to inform customers of the status every week. E.g we received your returned order. The device has been sent to supplier x etc, expected solution in x weeks, etc.

I ordered 3 items, two arrived quickly and the main & third one is still to be received after 2 weeks. I spoke with the customer support several times and unfortunately no one was able to give me a satisfactory answer. Don't order big & bulky items from this site if you are in a rush as they don't seem to have reliable logistic partners.

I don't know how they do it, but they manage to deliver the parcels withing 12-24 hours.
Website could be a little bit less messy with more filter options but prices are usually the best on the market, so I guess that's the trade-off.

Sent me a wrong item. I was trying to contact their customer support for several weeks, finally got a reply that I should send it back to their postal address at my own cost. In several weeks they reimbursed only 80% of the purchase price, although the item was not used neither damaged. I would not recommend anyone to use microspot.
