A sign of the quality of a retailer is how they manage a problem. I had up to this point used several electrical retailers in Switzerland, always with good service. In this case, within warranty, an ASUS graphics card fan stopped working. After trying to resolve via ASUS and software solutions, I tried to return in to Microspot. On the returns page there was a link to the product manufacturer. I was not able to use this link as for some reason graphics cards needed to be managed differently. I called ASUS they gave a different link and after 2-3 days I was told that they had an agreement with retailers and I should send to them. I called microspot and they gave me an address to return it and I paid postage. There was no receipt confirmation, no proactive updates on my case and I had to chase. 43 days passed between my problem being raised and receiving a replacement graphics card. In comparison, I had had recently had a problem with a product from Digitec. I raised a return ticket on my online account, it was directed to Post.CH and a free returns label generated that was collected from my home and I had a replacement in 2 days. Even if you find a Microspot product a few Francs cheaper, please account for the total customer experience and pay those few Francs to not be without your computer or product for >1 month as I was.
Following Microspot`s reply. I would like to emphasize that every other electrical item failure in Switzerland I have received a repair/replacement in <2 weeks and Microspot has 100% control over the level of communication to the customer which in this case was appalling. I equally wish the Microspot team a good day and hope they do a competitive benchmarking of their customer experience versus their competitors so the company can spend less time replying to poor reviews of their service

I bought a really expensive tv and also payed for the transport warranty. The screen was dented. After many calls and emails the response I got was that oled panels are flexible and that is nothing wrong with a (quite visible) dented screen. Also they denied me a refund because I opened and tried the tv…really?really? How else can I see the product (I did kept the packaging and also informed about the problem within trial days) Awful experience!
Pay 50 bucks (usually even less) extra to trusted shops and avoid this huge disappointment (still fighting for at least a discount on the damage product).
Do not buy here trust me, I would not use my time to write this just because, I do it to avoid for you what has happened to me. Cheers!

So i had my doubts because i read the reviews here before i ordered a scooter from them, but their reviews looked better than the ones in Galaxus so i decided to risk it. I received a damaged package that looked already opened and closed, definitely not in original condition. I have already read that if i open the Package i need to pay them 20% from the price of the item, so i decided to return the item without opening it. Basically it looked already returned form someone else and the only reason one usually returns an item is when those are defective/broken. I called their Customer support and they told me i should return it and they will call me to decide what we do after??? The second time i called them was to ask for Return labels (which were sent to me without any return Address too) i purposely asked the CS is it true that i would be charged if i opened the package and he Lied to me that he never heard such a thing. Anyway today i have receieved an email from them, stating i have returned an OPENED package to them without stating any reason why and that i have 5 days to share my reasons and that i owe them 20 percent. So it is great that i made two videos in what state i have received the package (even though i am not sure they will consider them), but it is funny how they send me a package that was already opened and they claim I have opened it and want 20 percent (Speak about Paragraph 22 what a great way for them to make money on defective product i personally have never seen other site who would take money from the customers even in cases the product was send with a defect from their side, consider that!) My strongfelt advice is: Do Not waste your time and money here, i would never buy anything anymore from them and i only hope i will receive my money back. WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER! And I shop mostly online from sites all over the world.
To add what happened: i was at the end of it all refunded in full for my return, however the experience overall was not a positive one so i change it to 2 stars not 1 because i got my money back.

In their website, it was indicated that the full order was delivered, so I had to contact their support twice, and they didn't give any response back. The product finally arrived, and the product itself is good.
It is not very trustful and not customer oriented.

Unreliable delivery date
Ordered on January 22, the delivery was reported twice and after 18 days I got the information that the delivery date is unknown. Not clear who to contact to get the reimbursement. I would have expected to receive the customer service contact together with the email informing about the unknown delivery date. Giving 3 stars because in the past 4 orders I did not have issues.

Do not trust the delivery timelines. Several times at the time of ordering the checkout page said "Delivery today" but it was not delivered until next day

After my order they kept pushing the delivery date, and after 2 months they just cancelled my order because they don't have the item! Don't sell it if you don't have it!!! and don't give me your sh@t standard answer "The postponement of delivery dates may occur in the event of delays in deliveries by suppliers. However, this is not the normal case. We are sure that this will be optimal for a next order.", you give this answer to half the review here!!! I will never order from your sh@t company ever again! I hope you go bankrupt, that's all you deserve!!!

Be very careful! I was refunded 25% less on my return because I opened the box containing the purchased item. I opened the box very carefully and returned it in perfect condition the same day. Item never used, I only looked at it!
I find that a serious company, as I thought Microspot was, should not treat customers this way. To withhold almost 25% of the value of the product for looking at the commanded item seems absurd to me. I'll never buy again from this place.

I'll never order from this shoddy firm again. I order a product listed as 'Order now, receive by 17:00 today'. Well, today came and went and email arrives saying I might get it tomorrow or by 3-4 days from now. False promises, not worth saving 1 franc, will use Galaxus or Digitec over Microspot in future, liars. Phone operator says, 'Oh, that isn't a promise or guarantee', my response, 'So it's a just a little lie to get the order?'...followed by silence. SCAM ALERT! I also got the down-talking to about that's not how it works in Switzerland. Oh, I see lying to customers is okay in Switzerland, ok, I see that now. EDIT after reply, yes, by making the advertisement big and bold to make a call to action and then fine-printing your way out of the promise makes you liars and deceivers. Don't be blind to how it looks to the average person. Not using Microspot anymore and will recommend others to avoid due to deceptive advertising and lying.

Avoid buying from this site. They offer items they do not have, we ordered an item and received a confirmation then nothing ! Had to chase them a number of times and then they admitted they did not have it, tried to offer us a more expensive replacement (with a tiny discount) which we refused then they stopped communicating. Their customer service is awful, slow and unresponsive. Will end up having to sue them or charge back as they still have our money and have not refunded it! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, you will regret it - we do! Wrote to their "CEO" Pierre and he simply ignores emails - how not to set an example to your staff !!! Utter shambles.
In response to the non-reply there will not be another purchase and why have you not refunded my money I paid in November ? Your CEO still has not replied to me. I have contacted my Bank to do a charge-back. Pathetic frankly. Read the reviews here, all the same issues - "selling" items you do not have. Unresolved still.....

Unfortunately this is one of the worst experience I have ever had. I have ordered an appliance with a delivery including carrying into the apartment. Due to the required means of delivery it had to be ordered through the phone as online order enables only delivery "to the curb". Of course delivery with carrying was supposed to take longer than a normal delivery. Unfortunately it only went from bad to worse.
First, my order was send to a completely different address (company's headquarters), so imagine my surprise when I have received a call from a delivery man asking why I'm not at home in a completely different corner of the country. After several calls I was reassured that everything is fine, due to the delivery to the apartment they had to send it first to the headquarters and I will eventually get my washing machine, and I should receive information after a weekend (it was Thursday).
After over a week, with no information in-between, I have received an e-mail to pick my delivery date. All seemed fine, until the delivery came as the driver obviously neither was prepared to carry it upstairs nor intended to do so. He was trying to force me to sign the confirmation of the delivery and leave the appliance on a pavement. When I refused, he threatened me that I will have to wait another month, apparently still trying to trick me into signing the document. Note that the device weights over 65 kg so there is no way I could carry it myself. This was the first reason for ordering it through the phone and with respective means of delivery.
Of course I had to make another call to the company, I was reassured again that I will get my washing machine properly delivered and have to wait. Now, a week later I have received information that they cannot change the way the purchase will be delivered and had the audacity to write that I should inform about the way it should be delivered upfront during the order. The only problem is, I had done exactly this, just the employee who was registering my order apparently entered it incorrectly, despite my verification during payment!
As a result, another month later, I am without the ordered device, and without money. Obviously I have requested a refund as the company either isn't willing to or isn't able to deliver the appliance in accordance to the original order, not to mention that it has probably went back and forth across the entire Switzerland four times so I expect it might be already damaged.
Never again.

After writing the original review the company contacted me and, after a short back and forth, they confirmed the mistake is on their side, offering the requested form of the delivery for free as a compensation. Unfortunately good news ended there as the company claims they don't know where the washing machine is anymore. Another month later (2 since placing the order) and nothing has changed.
I've contacted them today and the status is "we don't know, we will contact you back". I'm really fed up with this. A normal company would have send me a new washing machine within 3 days tops and then handle the case of the lost one by themselves, simply restocking it once found. A good company would do the same, and top it up with an express delivery. Offering a discount on something that will never happen is not a solution.

After about 4 months of further back and forth, claiming that I picked up the washing machine (when the machine was "delivered" again to the headquarter and probably accepted by someone there) with the approach still being attempt to "find" the washing machine rather than offering a replacement one, we've decided to resign from the order and after pretty long time (about a month) were reimbursed the entire price. It's the only positive thing in all of this, but not enough to grant a second start (I'd say only now they finally deserve the one that you are forced to give, earlier it was closer to zero if not negative...).
This is the last update as the case is closed for me and having anything to do with them ever by me is very unlikely.
