I have used microperfumes for years. I have loved the company and what they do. They often have great discounts. I have recommended them to no less than 20 friends and coworkers. However, recently I had a very poor experience with them. I ordered a bottle of perfume for my wife for Mothers Day, about 3 weeks out, and a travel sample of another and one for me. A package arrived to me with items that were not mine on 29 May, literally nothing that I ordered. When I contacted them they did not even respond the same day. Okay, fair enough, but then they requested that I send back the items that belonged to someone else before they would send out my order that I paid for. Well I don’t typically mail things out myself so this was quite inconvenient, I had to buy packaging tape, find a way to print the new label, and get some time away from work to do this, so it took me several days before I was able to ship the items that I didn’t order back. They still hadn’t shipped what I had paid for, then by the time they got to it which was May 2nd, the item I ordered and paid for, for my wife, was then out of stock. Bottom line, I almost cancelled the order and never did business with them again. But I went ahead and waited for another week plus for them to get me my package, late for Mothers Day. The entire time the customer service seemed very indifferent about the mistake and refused from the start to rectify my order right away. Instead choosing to wait until I mailed them back items I did not order. Very disappointing. My wife just got her Mothers Day gift today, May 17th. Hard to trust a company with such indifference about taking care of customer issues. Especially when the mistake was 100% theirs.

The idea is a good, the operations and customer experience is complete trash! Can’t get in touch with a live person, it’s been 11 days now, and still have not received any order. Unable to reach anyone, so if you have any issues after they get their money, looks like your on your own!

I spent a year purchasing things from Microperfumes in their atomizer size. It was unfortunate that they didn’t have refills/weren’t more sustainable (which I asked about at the time). And then they messed up an order of mine and when contacting customer service it was just “shrugged off” and not made right. I decided to switch to DecantX and they DO have refills, quicker shipping, cheaper prices AND when I removed the glass bottle inserts I had from Microperfumes that are still full to compare with the DecantX out of curiosity…ALL the Microperfumes bottles were under-filled and the DecantX bottles FULL. Won’t be be back. The last part sealed the deal since that’s just bad practice. Took pictures of all of them to post in reviews or for those asking.

They sent an empty envelope, I emailed customer service told them package was empty with a hole at the bottom, they told me there was nothing they could do because I had already opened the package after that they simply washed their hands off the matter and never replied again, had to submit a claim through PayPal

The product itself seems legit. The customer service, or lack there of, should be fixed asap. I should have known with 51 complaints filed on their bbb buisness rating. You will not be able to return anything. A mistake in your order will cost you money. And in my case about 100 dollars. The response from the company takes days to hear back and they have been very unhelpful in my experience. I would look into scentbird or other companies first that have more trustworthy customer service. Take care of your customers who want to spend money with you. Help them out before worrying about your return on investment.

Not to beat on a company but I don't appreciate advertisements that are disingenuous and insulting to my intelligence. I have asked them to remove me from their add list, yet no they keep sending me their bogus " sales"

So those who don't look into that let me explain. Buy 2 x 5ml at the regular price and get a 3rd 5ml free. That's a total of 15ml for their price of buying two. Lets use sentbox again as a comparison. They offer 8ml sizes for cheaper than the regular price of microperfumes 5ml size.
Big blowout sale buy 2x 5ml get another 5ml free. Sentbox sells you for cheaper 8ml sizes . Buy two get 16ml ( 1 more ml) cheaper and free b.s.

They scammed me. Received bottles filled with water and alcohol. Contacted the customer service they refused to refund or replace the fragence! I wish i could give a zero statr rating. Letting everyone know they are scammers ⚠️

I was having a rough time finding test products in store for Jean Paul fragrances so I decided to give microperfumes a chance because they have sample vials you can buy for a cheap price. I ordered three scents for my first order which was JP Le Beau EDT, JP Le Beau Parfum EDP, and JP Le Beau Paradise Garden EDP. I payed for standard shipping and it actually showed up a whole day earlier, the packaging had lots of protection, I was very happy with this buy and will continue to buy from microperfumes!

I am pleased to say that Microperfumes has real fragrances not Fakes or Knockoffs. I tried this site to see if Chanel #5 was available and the real deal. I was pleased when I got my sample for $5.97 and it was authentic and the vial lasted about a month. Since then I have ordered Jadore, Opium, Mon Paris, Light Blue and Black Opium and a Travel Spray of Chanel #5. All are authentic and very economical and I ordered EDP not Eau de Toilette which lasts longer on me. So don't hesitate to order from Microperfumes you won't be disappointed.

I will be getting my perfumes here from now on. The fragrances were what I ordered. I am a happy customer and i will surly recommend

I was referred to this site by a close friend, we are both fragrance buffs. Even with a referral, MicroPerfumes DID NOT honor its promo for friend referrals. Thought it would get better on my second order, which was LOST and arrived days later, after I reached out to customer care for a response that NEVER came. My third complaint is, I also sent a referral out to a few of my clients, who have been receiving EXCESSIVE sms messages from MP but "mysteriously" never sent the promotion code. My clients all paid full price without the 15% discount that I boasted to them about, neither did I receive the $10 for their purchases. This site is a gimmick, only to come up off of those of us who love nice things at a bargain price, yet this is still no way to treat honest consumers. I made what I plan to be my final purchase this morning to hold me over until I can fully invest in another supplier or full bottles from an HONEST company. It was SUPPOSEDLY buy 2 get 1, but again this promotion was not honored and I capped out at 66 bucks and still paid for shipping. I understand this is an affordable place to buy but the customer care team is horrible and this is not the way you honor people's hard earned cash. Please shop elsewhere if you can...

I am new to the fragrance world and found this site to purchase various mens fragrance samples without having to invest in purchasing a full size bottle of just one fragrance.

There are different sizes to choose from including samples of .75ml to 1.5ml to 5ml to sometimes full bottles. I have ordered 5ml travel sprays on my orders and each fragrance includes a 5ml glass spray bottle encased in a nice, matte-finished, twist-open case of various colors (chosen by the seller). This is great because other places charge extra for the case and the bottles are easily accessible and good enough to refill; the atomiser is decent too. Expect to get about 8-10 sprays per ml. Pricing for the sample bottles is reasonable except for the full size bottles where I found some are sold at full price. And not all fragrances have a full size bottle to purchase.

Shipping time is pretty quick as I live in Southern Nevada and the seller is shipping from Southern California. Usually I get my order within 2-3 days.

There is an excellent selection of designer brand and niche fragrances to choose from. I have checked out other similar online shops and they don't have as wide a selection as Microperfumes. I use these samples to check out the scent to see if I like it and determine from there if I want to invest in a bigger bottle, which I have.

As for customer service, I haven't had to return anything nor have I had any shipping issues. So I am unable to comment there.

If you're looking to sample several different fragrances at one time, not looking to break the bank, and not have to commit to a subscription to get the best pricing, then Microperfumes is one place I would suggest checking out.

They sent the incorrect order. I didn’t receive what I paid for and they have ignored my issue.
I’d be careful because if they send the wrong items (cheaper) you will be stuck because as far as customer service support I’ve not experienced any.

With my order of 30 different samples I had absolute perfect service with excellent products. No errors, I received everything I wanted and it came a day sooner than expected. I WILL make further purchases, right now even. Thank you for being ligit, affordable and easy to work with.

Not much credit to give them credit for putting perfume in a bottle in mailing it!! However, their return policy is not honored!!
I returned a few bottles, ensuring they met guidelines of 80% full-one of them made me sick to smell and 1 was a duplicate order. These were never used!! They had the balls to send me pictures of them with 60% left!
There are plenty if these companies out there-these people are dishonest crooks!

Honestly, it would have been a 4/5. Never had issues with this company, always good service and great quality product. I've ordered over 1000$ from them and never got problems until... I needed a small refund of 60$ on my latest order. I've been answered that a refund takes 3-7 days to be issued and then I got a message saying that the package has already shipped... but 24 hours later. So basically, when all goes well, it's a good company for perfume samples... but if you want a refund, good luck! Now they told me to refuse or resend the package when I get it in about 15 days but I'm not there 99% of the time so I won't be able to refuse it. And if I ship it back, it will probably cost me the shipping cost. So all this disappointed me and because of that I will probably keep my small order but will find another company to buy from.

Also, depending on where you are I guess (I'm in Canada), shipping is really long and mostly never on time. It says between 5-7 days but it takes most of the time 10-15 days. But I still receive it, just takes a long time.

Microperfumes is awesome! I have ordered several things from them, but my personal fave is Killian Hennessy Angel's Share as well as Chanel Bleu Parfum edition. Both are authentic and smell like the other two bottles I have that came directly from Sephora... I even had an issue where I did not get one of my orders and they replaced it free of charge and expidited the shipping. 10/10, highly reccomend.

Been trying to get a refund since Feb 8,9,10 all I get is a response that says I can get a refund within 30 days but they don’t send me a form or a label to return it, no phone number to call either to talk to a customer service representative. Will never order again from this company
