I used to order from MicroMark and their catalogs were great. I received a gift certificate from my daughter this week for my birthday and went to the website to order. I was disappointed at how few products were available to purchase. I used to receive the catalog every month. It had lots of great modeling tools and kits. Website looks like a ghost town now. Are they going out of business?

Micro-Mark always has a tool that you need. In this case it was a tool that I have wanted for a long time and it was on sale at an exceptional price. As usual shipping was quick and packaging was perfect. Great inventory, most complete selection of tools of the trade and great prices----Cannot be beat! I have been dealing with Micro-Mark for many years and I will continue to support.

Though the shipping cost for tiny (I mean small) items was outrageous. Price for tiny (00-90 thru 2-56) hardware was also very pricey. But the one stop shopping made it ALMOST worth it. Al Sohl MMR

Great service, I place my order on a Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday travelling from the US to the UK! Goods were well packaged and arrived without damage. They were exactly as described on the site.

Good quality products, well priced and well packaged. Delivered within 5 days to the UK and package progress communicated well. Shipping price was reduced as a part of an offer which made the order size and cost reasonable. I have used Micromark several times in the past and the service was also courteous and efficient. Normal shipping costs can be high which means I cannot use as often as I would like especially for smaller, more frequent orders.

my order was quickly processed and out the door the very next day. I received it five days later to my home in the Midwest. Micro Mark had the exact model paint needed at a reasonable price. And though the shipping cost was excessive for a .68oz (20ml) bottle, I will be a repeat customer :)
