This is a top notch customer service company! I’ve worked in the customer service business for 25+ years and I know what I’m talking about. So I’ll give you a story. I’ll try to keep it short. I purchased a micro jig product from Amazon. When the package came, it was missing two router bits. This was from someone selling micro products on Amazon. I called micro jig explain to them what was going on. From the first time that Mr. Pierce picked up the phone he was just as nice as he could be knowledgeable and want it me to know that he personally was gonna take care of this. I supplied him with an email that had all the information that he requested(which by the way wasn’t much) within no time I received answer to my email. Let me know that the missing pieces were on their way. The mishaps was by no means Micro jigs fault but the dealers. Micro jig could have easily blew me off. But they stood behind their name and their product. I will be doing more business with them and I will be sharing my experience with family and friends.
