I’ve spent so much of the mining plan with no rewarded mining. I’ve was confused on my own until I consulted GlobalAidRecovery that explained this chain of ever ending hope of getting rewards. I took some time out while the experts tried to see if we could get a cashback on any of the previous investment but it’s very difficult. Save yourself some time and money.

I purchased their mining plan five days ago, but I have not received any funds in my wallet. Today I’m going to post a negative review on Trustpilot and check my wallet balance again. I have already received a return in my wallet one day before, but I haven’t received any confirmation email or response to my email in the past 5 days. Your mining server is the best, but support services are very bad. Please improve them. For mining services, I’m giving you 5 stars, but for support services, I’m giving you 1 1-star rating. I’ll update my rating from 3 to 5 stars when I feel your support services are good.

Honestly I really do think Microcryptosofts support team should work more on their response time. It's really painful leaving a message only to receive a response in 2-4 days time. Please I urge you guys to work more on this thank you. And I also plan on purchasing the btc miner v.0.1

Hello, I was promised a 220 BTC preloaded wallet with verification documents on April the 4th after paying a series of fees. The last fee I paid was for $279 for the email access. Email access is necessary for the full access of the wallet. After paying the fee I have heard nothing since. I tried contacting Microcryptosofts by telephone, email, site contact form and Telegram with no response. I don't know what to do. I have almost given up. If this wallet is not available I would like a different one or even a refund.

I was scammed by this website after making a purchase using cryptocurrency (USDT). I never received the product as promised, and after the payment, there was no real support or response from their team. Later, I found other users in the comments reporting similar experiences.

I had a very bad experience with microcryptosofts. First my plan was to purchase one of there software but I was advice by one of there members on the telegram chat to buy one of there mining plan first since im new to crypto.

I went ahead and I purchased the starter plan, there was some technical error so I couldn't get my return which is understandable so they offer me a preloaded wallet at a discounted price which I paid and then I paid for the wallet credentials which I was ask to do.
It's over a month now and I haven't received anything, no reply to the dozens email i sent, my messages was read on on the telegram chat but they didn't reply , I rang the number on there website no answer. I took out a loan so I can invest in them but instead they left me in debts and ignored all my messages. I trusted them on YouTube because they seem genuine but they did me bad. But I learn a big lesson.

I thought it was not working anymore because they were trying to scam me but it was not true because of some situation they explained to me they couldn't respond to me. I processed my mining request yesterday I waited 5-6 hours and I haven't received my mining transaction but when I checked my wallet this morning the balance credit was successfully on my wallet. Their software and services are amazing.....Thank you team for building a changing and revolutionary program.

It's been over 7 days now they haven't notified me or replied about my refunds or the amount 😒 they promised from the starter package 48 hours..that alone says alot about there intentions..all the good reviews are the staff reviews no actual person outside of the staff has been paid..DONT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY..these people should be put in prison or a lawsuit..they have not fulfilled what they promised. I should certainly take them to Court.

I received all the instructions in pdf, but I still haven't received the bitcoins from mining. They told me on the Trustpilot website that my software is active but it isn't. I am waiting for a response from your support team via email, but no one is responding. No one is responding via Telegram either. I purchased the Microcryptosofts V.0.1 software and everything went well, I received the software and the configuration details in PDF in my email, so far so good, but I also received a message asking me to take a print of the settings to send to support to activate my software and also my IP, I did all this and sent it to support for them to activate the software, to this day I have not received a response either by email or by telegram, my software does not work in the end a message appears about PayPal that has nothing to do with Bitcoin, so I am waiting for the company's response and if it solves my problem I will withdraw all these comments, here is the message I received

I purchased V.0.1 from Microcryptosoft, received software with license key in email. But support team said unable to activate the software need to install premium SOCKS5 into your device's network backend to bypass the IP blacklist and asked to pay additional $189.
After payment, telegram agent deleted all chat history & vanished. No response in email as well. If someone from this company can help on this issue?

I purchased Microcryptosofts V.0.1 software 5 days ago but showed an error with activation It was about 40 hours but my error wasn't solved. The Team Assured me and finally, in 4 days my activation error was resolved then I made my first mining request and received funds successfully. I transferred all funds to my Binance wallet, and once it was confirmed I withdrew it. Thank you so much team, lots of respect for your development is such a great tool.

Don't be fooled by this website, there is nothing out there that can mine BTC but only Asic Miners, no software in the world can mine BTC at the rate they say you will get, i mine bitcoin myself and have done for many years and there is only one way to do it and it ain't using this bs software they are sticking up you, the good reviews will be fake the bad ones will defo be real people who got scammed..
