Complaint about incorrect item and refusal to exchange
Ordered on the platform and received an item that does not match the size described in the listing. As this was an error on Micolet part, I contacted the customer service team to resolve the issue.
To my disappointment, I was informed that it would not be possible to exchange the product, and that if I wanted the item in the correct size, I would need to place a new order. I find it entirely unfair that, despite this being their mistake, the customer is expected to bear additional costs to correct an error that was not their fault. This approach is completely unacceptable and falls far short of what one should expect from a responsible online marketplace.
