I am a big fan of Michael Louis products. They are luxurious at the same time affordable. I was highly impressed with the packaging of the mobile case I received last summer. The quality is amazing. Love the fact that the mobile cover is not slippery & gives my phone complete protection. Plus its a style statement, so many people have asked me about it. Specially about it’s vibrant colour. They personalise it as well with your initials, which is so good. It’s a great gifting option too. Totally in love with it. I would highly recommend it to you guys.

Costumer service took care of it.
Ordered a phone case and a key chain from them 12 months ago. The phone case is now completely falling apart, it became unglued on the sides and the bumper disconnected from the case back. Never mind the gold initial imprint that faded within a few months from both the case and the key chain. Contacted their costumer service via email and got no response. Contacted them again and received a response with a screen shot of my original email, stating that they replied to me and attached is a screen shot of their response. Seriously???? Emailed them again and have yet to receive a response. At this point I guess I should just forget about the $80 spent on the case and $60 on the key chain. At that price point I expected a luxury product that would last. Michael Louis products are expensive garbage. Extremely disappointed in their product and customer service. Stay away!!

After some back and forth emails and a bad review here their costumer service ended up taking care of the issue and mailed me a new case.

DONT BOTHER
Didn’t have any issues with ordering or delivering but WOW 10 months later and the personalised gold foil has completely worn off and now the sides are detaching?!?! Cost me about £60 which is rediculous for a phone case and the quality is RUBBISH!!!

Hello Sofia, Thank you for your purchase although we are sorry to hear of any dissatisfaction you may have experienced with the product over time. All personalized products are completed with a hot-stamping machine using brass dies and adhesive foil that is stamped at 250 degrees. Multiple layers of foil are adhered to each stamp to ensure it is firmly in tact and long lasting. Over time as the product is used the foil can show wear. Specifically with a phone case because it is handled often on a daily basis, there is a possibility of the foil to fade due to the natural oils in your hand, and is also dependent on how the case is used and moisture it is exposed to. We recommend to handle the product accordingly. It is possible to add more layers of foil to the item which we would be glad to offer complementary. If you are experiencing any further issue with the case itself, we can certainly review to see how this can be remedied. Our online support team will reach out to you via the email address associated with your order to further assist.

I placed an order for some phone covers and 1 month later, nothing has been delivered.
Waited week for an answer and was then just fobbed off with no delivery details so have contacted my bank and requested a Chargeback and for them to investigate the company.
Avoid this company!
