I purchased a Michael Kors bag online, but it arrived with a missing metal ring where the strap should be attached. Because of this defect, I had to return the product. They provide invalid tracking number, I'm asking for a valid tracking number but unfortunately didn't receive, finnaly I received my order , the bag is nice exactly what I ordered, but customer service feedback was poor, I wish they will start to work on it.

Shocked that I still have not been refunded for an order cancelled within 10 minutes. Was ASSURED by customer service I would have my refund by end of day 25th. STILL WAITING. Customer service is probably one of the worst I’ve come across. AVOID. I’ll never shop here again.

Can't understand the bad reviews
I orders 4 different products before Christmas in two different orders and immediately regreted it because I decides to buy a different brand. I couldn't cancel my orders so I waited for them to be delivered here to Sweden. Took exactly 3 days and went on to start a return as soon as they arrived. The return was simple and I could track my return all the way. Now they have been refunded without a hassle or any problem, took about 9 days from them receiving the returns, within the maximum of 14 days as described in theIr FAQ. Everytime I contacted support for further questions I found it to be really easy through the chat option in their homepage. I was a bit scared after reading all the negative reviews, either I was lucky or they have inproved their customer services. Either way I'm really happy with every step of the way, from buying, delivering and returning the products.

Soooo I both a product with a delivery day 5 days after purchase, and was working from home, Micheal kors delivery date, clearly have no realistic take on when it is there, even tho they keep sending messages like the package is there tomorrow. One day spends working from home eating for the package that never came!
Next finally the post office sends an update the package will be there more then a week later then estimated…

The package said it tried been delivered even that they never came ! Since I was in home til I got the massage that I was not home 🫠 so using endless amount of time because just calling the post office takes on average 1 h getting through to them !

In the end the package is lost and I get a return….
Suddenly the package is at a delivery point after being reported missing, I write to Micheal kors to ask how to handle it from here, and I polite ask for a discount for using all the hours trying to get the post office to track down there package ! Using my work breaks, and time I took working from home even tho being at work should have been more favorable for me at the time ….
The only discount they would provide my is one for my next purchase that would hold for a month ! 🫠 after been waiting almost a month for my package using time am energy !! If only they would have spent the energy calling post nord instead of I needed to do it, maybe it would be fine ….
I don’t feel safe making a purchase more ! Offering me a discount code that last a month seems unprofessional, I need time to cool down and rethink the situation maybe if the code would last for longer time I would consider it…
But right now the package can stay at the pickup point till the post office picked it up ! And I would just wish you luck getting it there !
I hope somehow it get lost in transit like on the way here, I know the company is not gonna spend the energy and time I did tying to track the package down ! So they can lose a future client and there stuff !

Don’t not believe the shipping times they give you and don’t expect any decent customer service. Gabriel was all but useless, I certainly won’t be order from here again and if the item ever does arrive it will be sent straight back. Awful company to deal with.

Happy days. After reading all the bad reviews here i was very concerned but decided to take a chance. The bag arrived within 2 working days, on time, i spoke to customer service in Dublin as well and they were very polite and helpful.

My watch is still under warranty. The pin has come loose and gone missing through no fault of own and micheal kors want to charge over 80 pound for a new strap! Ridiculous, my strap isn't broken it just needs a new pin that they have refused to post out! Awful customer service! Haven't had it 12 months yet, disappointed.

I spent 2 hours of adding items to my basket and in the end I was not able to pay by Maestro card although they have it as an option on the website. Then I tried to pay with PayPal but again I couldn’t, it just showed me “error “. So at the end I gave up. I really regret spending so much time on their website I would never even visit it again.
This is kinda fraud
This is kinda fraud. Items shown on their website, but when you click on it, an error message pops up that it’s sold out. Another time, you get lucky to open a page (which seems to be available), you put it in your shopping bag and immediately click on checkout, but you get an error that it’s sold out.
Another time, you get even more lucky to checkout the bag or the shoes you wanted, but two days later you receive an excuse email that the item is not available and you get a refund!
What a crap guys??? Can’t you just make a website that reflects the warehouse stock? Very disappointing
