At first, I was unsure, then scared, because the rather expensive shipment took over 10 days to arrive and the tracking didn't work. However, contacting the store dispelled all my fears – they were quick and very polite.

The items in the shipment were packed with extraordinary care and precision – this was the first time I had encountered this, even though I have already “imported” quite a lot from Japan.
I will definitely buy here again and sincerely recommend it to everyone.

I initially found out about Miaumall via the shop app. I’m an avid user of Japanese products and was happy to find them. I have ordered about 3 times already and have found each item to be wonderful for my purposes. They have come wrapped very securely in the box, and shipping was very reasonable. I’ve never had any issues throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this site for hard to find Japanese brands and items.

I had trouble with my order held up in customs and contacted them. They were very helpful. Order arrived in mint condition. I would give 5 stars but the experience with the customs really stressed me out. Will order next time though.

One of the items I ordered was shown as in stock at the time of purchase, however, I was later informed that it was actually unavailable. I am aware that this particular product has been out of stock for some time, and I had specifically waited for it to be restocked before placing my order. It was therefore quite disappointing to be advised, several days post-purchase, that it was in fact still unavailable. Although I appreciate that a refund was promptly issued, this was the item I was most looking forward to trying.

In addition, the delivery timeline advertised on your website stated an estimated period of 3–7 working days. I placed my order on 10 July 2025 and received a tracking number on 16 July 2025. However, as of today (30 July 2025), I have yet to receive the parcel. I reached out to your customer service team on 29 July 2025 for an update, only to be informed that the tracking number initially provided was incorrect. A revised tracking number was then issued, and it appears that the parcel has been stationary in Germany for an extended period of time, with no clear update on its progress.

Given the extended delay, I really hope that all the snacks will still be within their use-by dates upon arrival.
