My Mia Toro suitcase is rubbish

My Mia Toro suitcase wheels don't rotate so its impossible to wheel when suitcase is full. Tried their warranty self repair app but as per other users, it doesn't work. I am now left with a relatively new suitcase that is useless. Avoid if you can.

I am unable to find replacement wheels which screw into base of luggage for Mia toro. Since the wheels are remiveable it is strange there is no contact information for changing the wheels. Other companies do sell the replacement fin their luggage.

I have bought 3 suitcases of 15" each

I have bought 3 suitcases of 15" each, Romero Britto, but every year the wheels and the handle are damaged, they are so beautiful suitcases that the last one I have had a hole in the wheel and they cannot repair it They are only lasting a year, I cannot communicate with the company so that they at least answer me for the guarantee for the last one I bought 😞

I used my luggage twice before the handle bar completely crumbled and broke off. I have tried to register and talk to customer service but there is no email address or a valid ph# when you call ph#1-844-646-6887 you get a quick busy and then disconnect. I have tried calling since oct different times and dates each month. They sell you on the 10 yrs warranty but have no way for you to have it warrantied. I just want my handle bar fixed it somehow wouldnt pull up anymore and got caught on the inside where i cannot see or get to. the button stuck inside the handle as well. I love this luggage but i cant get through to get it fixed and they dont have the same luggage bag design i have anymore. please help me!!

Took my $120 carry on hard case 19" Mia Toro suitcase on its maiden voyage. Wheel broke off right from the main body of the case. No way to contact the company regarding the 10 year warranty. Sad review about a product that touts its high quality!

No QR code, no 10 year warranty.

I bought the hard case Mia Toro luggage bag because it seems like it's built strong. I have not taken it to fly just yet, actually doing it in a few hours. You might ask why review now and not after. Well, because I have the time at the moment, and I wanted to agree with other reviewers regarding the "10 year warranty" on the luggage. Upon checking, there is in fact no QR code to scan and validate the warranty. So, now I am wondering if we were sold a fake Mia Toro? If so, that's really messed up.

Stay away from Mia Toro luggsge

Bought the designer Mia Toro luggage from a supplier in South Africa which was a very expensive purchase. After listening to all the features etc. I decided to go ahead based on the warranty and the fact that they "stand out". Also had trouble registering and whilst looking for the label inside discovered the "MADE IN CHINA" label I voiced my concern to the supplier who gave me another long sales pitch. Long story short just come back from a week trip to Thailand and one of the handles has broken off and one of the wheels is also damaged. First use of the luggage. What a waste of money stay away.

Great Value, Unique Luggage Stands Out

When we were planning our first big trip I was pretty surprised at how expensive luggage was costing these days. Since we planned out all of of our budget on the trip I really couldn't justify spending a lot on luggage but I needed something. I shopped around a bit and found Mia Toro. They were exactly what we needed. It's big, lightweight, and stands out in a crowd. I've lost luggage before on the baggage claim carousel and had to deal with describing what it looks like to the employees. When your bag looks the same as almost all the other flyers, it is much harder to find! I'm happy with the ones we got.

Absolute scam due to their tricking the…

Absolute scam due to their tricking the buyer into a purchase with the promise of a 10 year warranty. All you need to do is download the APP and register it with your QR code (sewn inside the case)...easy right? WRONG!
No QR code on label as described or anywhere in fact!
The APP does not work at all (Planet Traveller)...its a total fake...awful!
Check online (wish I had) to see the floods of complaints about this scam guarantee that lulls you into a purchase thinking you have invested in the next 10 years with you suitcase.
Avoid, avoid, avoid...if you don't believe me check around online you will find the complaints about the fake app and non registering Warranty....
