Scam

I ordered a backpack and paid with PayPal. PayPal sent a confirmation - but an odd one, with no mention of the goods I had ordered. The seller did not confirm, however, so I contacted them. They told me that they would send a tracking number within three days. They didn't so I contacted them again 12 days later. The tracking number they sent shows as delivered, but I have received nothing. This is most likely a scam site - they pretend to be in the UK, but messages are replied to in the middle of the night, and the tracking site shows as sent from the US... EDIT: They insist it was delivered to my address, but when I check the tracking it says it was delivered to somewhere 600km away - just the city, no address.
