Very poor customer service. The personel (a man and a woman) was busy flirting with eachother and did not have time to engange with customers. Even when the trip was 25 mins late, they didnt have the time to provide information. When the bus arrived it was overbooked. The personel wanted to sqeece three persons into the bus, -that is against the law.
