I got married in December and bought my wedding dress through this company. The dress quality was 10/10 and I was in love with my dress.

It was amazing quality especially for the price. I felt like a princess on my wedding day ❤️

If i could give 0 stars i would. The picture on the website was not what i was sent, i reached out to them for lining colour change after purchase which they did however the actual lace of the dress was not what was advertised. I sent them images of them side by side and you can clearly see that they are different. I contacted them via email which led to so many back and forth emails they was reluctant to give a refund not even partial refund. So i raised a bank charge back in November and the bank accepted the claim as i had provided evidence. I also won the dispute and got my money back. They said i would have to wait months and i should reconsider.

No help from the seller all from the bank where i disputed not the charge but not receiving what was shown on the site. I would avoid as im looking back over 48 emails, when the bank took 3 with a form submission and it was sorted. Will never buy from them again

Reply: Your response is utter nonsense. How did i refuse to pay? You was ADAMANT that the dress was the same. It was not! If there was any truth in your emails/claim you would of won but you didnt i won ALL of my money back. You are scammers/crooks. The dress wasn't returned because it was too much to send back to China youre not UK based as it suggests. Please stop replying now wasting my time.

The dress is exactly like the picture. The material is very good, the workmanship is fine, and the size is accurate. We measured according to the size guide provided by the customer service, and the effect is very good! It fits very well and has a great fluffy feeling! I want a fairy tale princess style, so I will match it with a small jacket

The dress did not disappoint!!! The seller was great and very friendly about everything, the dress is perfect for my daughter! The colors are bright and the movement is great. It was delivered very fast too! The material quality is soft and not itchy at all. The dress is well made

After receiving a dress after nearly a month which does not resemble the photos shown. The website is also NOT uk as stated on the website address it has, however it has come from China. I have emailed many times for an answer, with no reply. Therefore I will now seek with my bank for further help and support. Avoid this company for fraudulent activity.

I absolutely love this dress. The shade of color and the dress are exactly like the picture! I provided my measurements (cm) and the dress came fitting perfectly to my body. The delivery was slightly delayed but I am beyond satisfied with this purchase and the overall look of the dress.

Please don't buy from this company, I bought a dress from here for my Wedding it doesn't look like anything that I ordered it is made so badly I ordered my size and it is too big on the top of the dress and doesn't sit the way that it should around the waist. I emailed the company and asked them if they would be able to issue a refund they have forced me in to keep the dress that I cannot even wear for my wedding and they are no igorning my emails when they have agreed to give me back £75 when I paid £142.99 for the dress I have agreed that I will accept the £75 but they are now ignoring me and still haven't issued me the part refund for my dress please stay away don't buy. this has been going on for about 2-3 weeks now.

I ordered a dress on 6th November and paid an extra £40 for express delivery to ensure my dress arrived in plenty of time for 20th November. I emailed the company and got no reply, I then sent a direct message on Instagram and was told they’re checking with the post office. They provided a tracking number but didn’t give a name for the courier service used. I’ve not heard anything since. I don’t I will ever see this dress and the company is more than likely not legit. Please don’t waste your money here

I recently bought a suit from this company. To my amazement, the suit was of very poor quality not to the standard I am used to and the size was not correct to the chart given. I now going to try and get my money back. I feel I'm going to have a hard time doing so as their instructions for a refund are very limited. Is there anyone on here who has a direct number so I can ring them or better still a direct email so Im able too get through to them straight away?

This company has reached new lows asking for me to send a picture of my teenaged daughter with the dress on to random people on the other side of the world, absolutely ridiculous. In all my years shopping online I have never had an experience like this and it has put me off ordering from overseas in this instance China ever again!!

This was my first time ordering from you and it will not be my last!!! I am so pleased with my dress. It looks as beautiful as I had hoped. My dress is beautiful!!! It is perfect. I will tell my friends about this website.

It's a scam! Avoid! My daughter bought prom dress. Dress doesn't look the same as on the pic also wrong size. Asked for refund but they refused to send the money and only offered 1/4 of the price! They sent me an invoice but amount has never been transferred. This shop It's a joke!
