Thought I'd leave a positive review to balance out some of the (from what I can see) unwarranted negative comments. I had no issue at all, ordered Thursday evening... Phone in hand on Saturday, handset was cheaper than other stockists too. Good communication via email from customer service regarding my concerns of address, for some reason it comes out wonky when the order is processed and missed the house number.

Worst Customer service i have ever had, operatives send template emails 5 times before reading my actual complaint, manager refuses to email me and insists on calling from a private number to which i responded given my current experience i want it all in writing, still havent dealt with my issue.
Oh and they break UK advertising laws by promising things they dont give you
Edit: 05/05/2025 i have just received a very sarcastic email from a member of their team stating that "despite emails being around since the 1990s, their manager cant email customers" the whole team is rude and condescending, quite frankly any purchasing manager who uses xiaomi should prepare for a nightmare.

This is the third phone I've bought from Xiaomi uk. The last 2 were ok and have never needed to deal with Xiaomi customer services. The phone is a birthday present so wasn't used until on 20/4/25. Initially it was ok but on thursday less than 10days the phone showed no sim2. I tried to open the tray but it wouldn't open. I called customer services but they were already closed. I sent an email and called again on friday. I was told to send in a video showing that the sim tray won't open and once they receive it they will send a jify bag in 3-5working days. I called them today to follow up but they are closed until monday. That means another week without access to the phone number. Worst the number is registered with the medical personal alarm services that alerts 999 in medical emergency. Since the system can't reach the phone number, a faulty alarm has been going off. I have contacted O2 who have been so supportive as they understand the nature of requiring medical personal alarm. The faulty report number is 0828005878.

I haven't received my phone replacement, I feel robbed again! I got robbed last week by a motorcyclists mob and I am getting this phone replace by insurance. There's no delivery schedule notification shared to me and they gave less than 24 hours notice without giving delivery options beforehand. The Xiaomi customer service has not responded to my emails and the DPD has not delivered my phone to me and they ignored my reschedule request. The customer service did not immediately replied and it took a while before they picked my enquiry. they mentioned the investigation can take 7 days for the issue that the DPD courier has created! I'm not happy with how this situation is handled and eventually the neighbour delivered to me which therefore DPD failed to do and has exposed my personal details to strangers.

I ordered a tablet and it arrived within 2 days !! I kept getting constant updates on my order and as soon as it got delivered I got the email for it too. Tracking was accurate and I had no issues with my transaction or delivery process

I bought a REDMI NOTE 14 PRO+ from mi.com and it is seriously glitchy and restarts randomly! I have done 2 updates thinking it may be a software issue, but no improvement. I just want a new phone or my money back but less than 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASING they are refusing any return/refund.

I can confirm they have a very poor customer service don’t expect them to resolve your issue or even care.

Very happy with Xiaomi tech and the times I've used customer service both in UK and also mainland China I've had a good experience. Started using Xiaomi when the first model came out while living in China as it was geared up for use in China. Since then I've continued to use their phones and happy to see that service has and continues to improve in the UK since the phones are becoming more common in the market. Just bought a new 14T and I'm very happy with it. My previous phone was a 10T. I also own a Pad 5 pro.

Bought a new 14T Pro having previously owned a Poco F3 which was a decent budget phone and my son has had two Poco phones and a Redmi tablet from Xiaomi. Unfortunately the 14T Pro was seriously glitchy and sluggish, even after all the updates so after two days I decided it had to go back. Contacted customer services who said a jiffy bag would be sent out and be with me within three days. The jiffy bag never came so I tried customer services again and they said they would send another. After waiting another 10 days, this bag never arrived and now because I am out of the 15 day return they have said I can no longer send the device back for a refund or even a repair. I will never use this company again as the after sales and returns policy is clearly a scam.

Do not order anything from them. After spending thousands of pounds with them over the years and recommending friends and family to come away from apple I tried to ring after purchasing an expensive phone. If you get through to Derwin just hang up. he is passive aggressive with an attitude. Returning my phone and will NEVER look at xiaomi again, never buy from them again and never recommend them again. There is a reason their reviews are so low. Also most of their products can be purchased cheaper on ebay.
I have been told now to wait for a returns label which never arrived. Multiple calls later was told I would get a jiffy bag sent and not a label. The agents seem pissed off and bored. It creates such a bad feeling artound xiaomi and their products. I don't want to speak to a sweat shop in india, especially if they're miserable. Never again. Ever.

I've been using xiaomi phones from T series, from 10t pro to now 14t pro.
Besides the glitch in their hyperOS 1 that puts your phone into recovery mode and erasing all your photos, yes, that happened both on the 10t pro and the 12t pro, i somehow ended up with a 14t pro. 2 actually, one for me one for my wife.
We also had all the watches from 2 to 9 , including the active series, so i can say we both fans.
However i couldn't get over the fact i lost all my pictures.
When i bought the 14t pro, it said free 4 months spotify, however, there isn't any 4 months free, only if you do a new acount. Why would i do a new Spotify account if all my music is on my current one?
Disappointed by the missing 4 months free of spotify .
Disappointed in the lack of power brick charger and no, not including one will not save the planet. Instead of sending all in one go, i have to order again, witch means a new shipment, another car needs to drive the parcel, flying with the plane and so on, it will generate more co2 than including the actual charger in the box, so no, you're not saving the planet, you're making it worse. It's all about the profits, and EU directives, directives that are not aimed at saving the planet at all .
Bottom line, i think this is the last model i am going to use from xiaomi.
The company has potential, their devices are 3-4 generations ahead of competitors, with competitive prices, however it laks good marketing decisions, they do have some flaws in their devices, as well as problems with the developers itself.
They need someone else to run the marketing division, now, while they still have the advantage, or else it will be too late, and they will become like Huawei.
I'm sorry, they could have been big, the potential is all there.
These 4 months of free Spotify really put me off .

Had very good experience and I'm also very satisfied with the product. Was looking for a monitor light bar for some while, decided to go with Xiaomi online store. It was even much cheaper than on Amazon. The product arrived quickly and works well.

Phones are made to suddenly break down with motherboard issues without a possibility to recover any data. I had Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G, no previous damage, signs or lags before motherboard died, 4 years of photos and videos lost - never going to buy their product again.

Bought a 13 pro plus in December,
Issues with camera going into a weird view, then the sheer amount of bloatware is disgusting,
How dare they fill up our product with such utter rubbish which slows it down,
Opening the camera takes an eternity ,
The last straw was the internal scanner app for duplicate files ,taking me to page where it wants to share my data with over 500 vendors! What the actual F? Who do you think you are?
Avoid this parasitic company like the plague, ads, bloatware, most likely spy software running, selling this and getting a Samsung, customer service doesn't give a flying f
Last ever Xiaomi I'll buy

Having been a Xiaomi fan boy for around 13 years from my very first Mi 3 in 2013. Buying a new model from the reliable AliExpress on a yearly basis. Thereafter Xiaomi had a footprint in the UK market and I would pop into Westfield to part with my hard earned cash for a new device. Somewhat less frequently now as the prices have increased to warrant me buying a new device every year.
Roll on March 2025 the new Xiaomi 15 Ultra gets announced that same weekend I order a replacement phone for my Mi 12 which has lasted me well but is getting close to retirement age now.
Phone ordered on the 2nd March, phone dispatched on the 3rd March to DPD from Xiaomi to deliver to my home address.
March 4th my email informs me that I've missed a delivery and phone is now at my local depot for collection. Very strange as I had no visitors to my door or my path until I returned home from work that evening on my camera. Okay I returned home too late to make the depot especially since the item was never delivered to my home and the non delivery driver did not leave a delivery missed card, probably because he never bothered coming to my house.
March 4th I rush home from work to my local depot to pick up my non delivered items. So happy to have them in my hands drop them in the car and drive home, I couldn't be happier than a fat kid in a cake store.
Grab my box and bits after parking up wave to my doorbell camera that I've now delivered the package that DPD didn't.
Rush into the living room to rip open my box of goodies. Now to my surprise as I'm now looking at the box paying closer attention as how to get into it. I see that the tape seal has been cut down one side, I slide my fingers into the gap and as I pull the end pops open and 3 items fall out. These are my free gifts as part of my order, the ultra photography kit, mi pad 7 pro and the 120w charging adapter. Where's the phone?!?
I call Xiaomi customer support but it's after 1800 so their closed.
Now the fun begins I take pictures of what's been received and the box in it's current state, contact Xiaomi support immediately in the morning when they open and I'm being told not to worry sir, we will get this all sorted out for you. This has been ongoing since the 5th March and I am not any closer to getting this situation concluded. I've had to get a police report for a crime reference number for Xiaomi customer support to even escalate this issue. Now when a customer support team is asking the buyer to provide things that are not relevant to my consumer rights act of 2015. It gives me little to zero faith in knowing that this company knows or the support team handing their issues knows what it's doing!
I have provided everything they have asked whether it was relevant or not and to this date all I here from the non customer support team is "this has been escalated and we will get back to you".
I have not had one single call back from Xiaomi since I have raised this issue, I am continually calling on a daily basis with zero response from Xiaomi as to when this will be concluded. Now £1340 out of pocket, no phone, Xiaomi profiting nicely and zero customer support!
Is this my last Xiaomi order?
Oh and if Xiaomi consider to pop in an automated response. If you want to know my order # 5250303831703343 for your reference.
Please don't reach out to me Xiaomi unless it to tell me I can come collect a replacement new phone from yourselves. Either you didn't put the phone in the box, DPD driver removed phone, or depot removed phone. All of these are outside of my contractual responsibility and are for you to resolve not leaving me out of pocket for this inconvenience!

My Honest Review of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro+
I've always been fascinated by new tech, and after getting my hands on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro+, I can honestly say I'm blown away! This phone is an absolute beast, and I love everything about it.
⚡ The Fastest Charging I've Ever Seen!
One of the first things that amazed me was the 120W HyperCharge. I watched it go from 1% to 100% in just 24 minutes—that's insane! No more waiting around for my phone to charge; it's ready to go in no time.
📱 The Display is Stunning
The 6.7" AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate is gorgeous. Everything is so smooth and vibrant, whether I'm watching videos, gaming, or just scrolling. The colors pop, and the brightness is perfect even outdoors.
📸 The Camera is Unreal
The 200MP main camera is next-level. The detail in the photos is incredible, and it performs brilliantly in low light too. I've taken some of the sharpest, most vibrant photos I've ever seen on a phone.
🚀 Super Fast & Smooth Performance
With the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, this phone is lightning-fast. No lag, no stuttering—just pure speed. Whether I'm multitasking, gaming, or running heavy apps, it handles everything like a pro.
🔊 Great Sound & Premium Feel
The stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos sound amazing.
The build quality feels super premium, like a high-end flagship.
5G speeds are crazy fast, making everything even smoother.
Final Thoughts – I'm Obsessed!
I absolutely LOVE this phone. It's fast, powerful, has an insane camera, and that 24-minute charge time still amazes me every time. If you're thinking about getting one, do it—you won't regret it!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Completely Worth It!

Customer service is appaling. I ordered the new Xiaomi 15 Ultra. I had to change the delivery address as was at work. The order was automatically sent back to Xiaomi. I get it. However, when my order reached the the warehouse, it was sent to someone else. I received an email saying the item is out stock and request refund. Disappointing and will never order order again with such a poor service.

I ordered the Xiaomi 15 Ultra Photography Kit on 04/03/2025, but due to a technical issue, some of the items were removed from my order while I was in the process of paying. After I noticed this on my invoice, I immediately escalated the issue, but despite my efforts, the order was not suspended or corrected.
If I had known that the photography kits were not included, I would not have purchased the phones in the first place. I spent over £2,000, and yet Xiaomi completely ignored my complaint. I was offered a £5 coupon as compensation, which is completely unacceptable for such a major issue. Even after spending three days on live chat with customer support, my issue remains unresolved. I have now received the incomplete order without the photography kit, and no proper solution has been offered.
This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I expected better service from a company like Xiaomi, especially after trying to resolve this issue for over a week. I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when ordering from Xiaomi.
Order ID: 5250305885561812
Having found this company I thought I had found a great innovative company providing great products at very competitive pricing.
Hmm maybe I was wrong this company offers no customer support having asked a simple question to do with when was the Android being updated to 15 this question via email to Xiaomi themselves and why was a new product being sold not updated to the top specification of the moment.
Having been on the Xiaomi community web page and asked a question this area is patrolled by moderators who are like the Third Reich belittling people and answering sensible enquiries with rude and short sharp replies..... Disgusting! I no longer intend to bother buying from this company and will stick to reputable companies in the future.
