Do not trust, there is not after sales service....

Hi, I ordered a female bike and received a delivery time of 8 weeks that I accepted. After two days, they told me they had received the bike from the builder (?¿). I became happy till opening the box and see the bike was for male. I sent an email, and they replied someone would put in contact with me but time is passing.... :-) It was a trial (hybrid bike for my wife to ride with our baby) to order next a high cost Cube bike, but I will not take the risk...of course.
